The 2nd gen songs nailed me hard with nostalgia. Especially the inclusion of UKISS! They used to be my favorite group back in 2011-2014. This was perfect!

If you didnt know the older songs, its okay but theres a reason so many of us do know them. They helped mold the kpop u know today so pls give them a chance, every gen was extremely iconic and high quality!
I only put two fingers down! One for a song I knew about but never listened to, and one I’ve never heard of. This was full of some of my all time faves from Wrong Number, to ASAP, to Neverland and Bang Bang Bang! I did have to lower my arms after a bit tho lol

@@queenlisa-jx4dy Actually my first group was Blackpink, and I will forever have a special place in my heart for them (they are up there and probably my favorite as well). But I also absolutely ADORE Red Velvet, Twice, Mamamoo, Dreamcatcher, (G) I-DLE, GFriend, Loona, Aespa, PIXY, Purple Kiss, NewJeans, Sistar, etc. There are so many underrated groups that need more love than they get!

I became a multi-Stan in 2020, it really shocked me when some 2nd gen songs came on normally they don't with other videos I have seen similar to this. Usually it's like bts, blackpink maybe some svt and then the rest 4th gen songs (not complaining I love them) it was just really refreshing

I’m new to the kpop world so I had all my fingers down pretty early 🤦🏾♀️ but I really appreciated this video cause it put me on to some new songs and groups that I didn’t know before, I only know Stray Kids, Aespa, Black Pink, BTS, Ateez, ITZY, Baby Monster, and EXO so far (And I’m still learning all their discography) but I’m really impressed with this genre so far. bro dont stress about listening to all their discography and shit you dont have to know everything to call yourself a kpop fan. the only groups i know all the songs are stray kids because i have all of their albums and xikers because they just debuted less than a year ago and i have both of their albums.

that's most of the people here lol. most kpop fans are really missing out on the older music, plus, some groups that debuted in 2nd gen like shinee or tvxq (are they 1st gen?) still make music, so you're also missing out on all the stuff they've released through the years by not getting into them because they're an "old group".
