    This video is about harvesting duck eggs, and processing them into salted eggs.
    The process of storing salted eggs is at least a week, while mine is up to 10 days, maybe up to 2 weeks, longer storage produces a more salty taste.
    Salted eggs are processed into a typical Indonesian food, namely Salted Egg Botok

    6 raw salted eggs
    10 pieces of white tofu
    200 ml thick coconut milk
    4 large green chilies
    4 large red chilies

    Bay leaves and lemongrass

    passion fruit sponge ingredients:
    1-3 passion fruit
    2-3 duck eggs
    100 grams sugar (to taste)
    liquid/powder vanilla
    120 gr flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    pinch of salt
    50 grams melted butter
