Your Dad doing his daily morning yoga is amazing! It's sad the holiday was shadowed by such an extreme lack of sleep, especially since it's so unnecessary. I feel like society can make mums feel if they're not martyrs that forsake their every basic human need for months on end, then they don't love their children. Waking every hour for a toddler does not have to be normal or endured. Of course, it would be best to check with the paediatrician that nothing is wrong, but he is likely simply waking often because he hasn't been taught to settle himself and so needs the breast to settle. Sleep training doesn't have to be harsh, I did gentle sleep training. It takes a lot more effort and patience and time compared to cry it out methods, but it works. Thank you so much dear Kylie for taking us along. It must have been challenging for you to film this while being so exhausted and on a well-deserved holiday! I'm so sorry to hear that Gianfranco is still experiencing trouble sleeping--they often say that most health troubles are miraculously solved once the child reaches the age of two. Wishing you more calm nights soon and a wonderful weekend ahead. Greetings from Belgium xxx

I pray his sleep settles better each day the filming of your holiday and the cakes and coffee wonderful lovely to see your family helping indeed supporting you the word family really is an endless word yet you have that genuine family around you blessing to you all
So beautiful Kylie. The food looks amazing! Many years ago I had a friend with eight dogs who howled all night. We made a tape of mantra music from the kundalini tradition I teach and she played it on repeat all night. It calmed the animals and she could finally sleep. I think any sacred mantras that please you would work. There's plenty out there set to different kinds of music. It's important to use mantras because that's what affects the brain. Maybe worth a shot. Greece looks gorgeous. I want to visit now! ❤
I could absolutely smell the sea, taste the moussaka, and feel the sun through your video, Kylie! Greece has a certain parched and angular austerity to it that so contrasts with the lush curvaceousness of Italy. Having traveled in both countries, I prefer Italy, yet I can see how the majesty of the Greek mountain rocks plunging to the sapphire sea gave rise to the feeling that the gods dwell there.
Kids at that age are so much fun. Tiring for sure but fun. One of my favorite memories with our 4 kids was one morning in Estonia at 2 am in the summer with the sun just over the horizon walking my daughter Leah down the beach to make her feel better and not waking the rest of the family. Thank you for sharing this beautiful video of your holiday in Greece.I am first generation Canadian my parents are both greek and they took me there when I was 3 I am now 66 and so very much enjoyed coming along with you and your family.I loved the greek music you shared. Thank you so much 🥰
Greece is a magical place. I visited Paros & Skiathos and fell in love with the people, food and hospitality. Your holiday looked relaxing and so good to have family support with Gianfranco. Looks like he is teething. Blessings.❤
I yearn for beautiful Greece. I could smell and taste everything, layered with the scenery, the laughter, and the bouzouki music. My heart is full. Thank you for sharing this beautiful time with your loved ones. ❤❤
. . .me too and it's food. I became enchanted with it after watching a Hallmark movie (originally a book) called Shell Seekers came to me. I recommend it.

I miss Greece, been there many times but now it's been too long. After watching your beautiful video I can just "feel" everything again. The crystal clear water, the warm air, the gentle breeze, the food - it's all just amazing. Thank you. 🧡
This is truly exceptional Kylie. The way you can immerse yourself in local culture and settings, and convey this to an audience, is amazing. This is so well done, photographed and presented. I do miss your discussions with local people but maybe you can resume those again in the future. Thank you so much - this is tonic for the soul.
Thank you! Yes, there were so many characters I would have loved to have interviewed but I didn't want to encroach too much on the family's holiday with my work.
I was wondering where one vacations when one lives in paradise🤭. How wonderful to have the whole family together for this adventure. Ohh, I can hear Gian Franco call Mamma, and Nonno, and Babbo, how precious ❤! Don't let that Uso get to your heads 😂. There's nothing like a good baby belly laugh. I'm glad that you can have some precious, calm time with your baby, after being exhausted all night. He's such a good little helper.

Really beautiful filming Kylie that allowed the viewer to truly sense the energy of the place...no easy feat to achieve this. With the loving bonds of your family and GF's laugh all being offered forth it made for delightful viewing. Thank you. 🙏🏻
Ella re, us Aussies, we all come from somewhere. I loved this episode, made me a little emotional. You’re proud of your grandparents and your heritage. I’m currently in Sicily, planning our next adventures. Please keep on sharing your stories with us, Grazie, Robert
In the last few years my heart has been leading me to this island, to these places. Thank you, Kylie, for getting me excited again. Το αίμα νερό δεν γίνεται.❤
Kithira is one of the most beautiful islands in Greece! I hope you enjoyed your holidays and i hope you discover one by one all these beautiful treasures of the aegean and ionian sea! Have fun always! (I am Greek and my husband is Italian so every year we discover together the islands of my home country)

@@katerinakaterinaki9143 A few of us are quite aware of the hard realities of making a living as a Greek in Greece . The situation has been so difficult since 2008. Makes me so sad and the random illegal immigration and golden visa situation are so hypocritical.
This will surely go down as one of my absolute favorite Kylie Flavell vlogs! Exceptional cinematography, content, just an amazing feast! Watching how you live in Italy along with this trip cements for me the overwhelming desire to live in places where one is so close to nature which is so nurturing to the soul. Thank you for bringing your beautiful views to our world Kylie!
What a beautiful video !!! Being a Greek Cypriot , I just love Greece , Greek people are so friendly , Greek food is fantastic along with ouzo or cold beer, the Greek music is pure magic ,everything is so beautiful in Greece , forgot to mention the Greek islands !!! I am a fan of your channel , would love to visit Tuscany , keep doing what you ,so perfectly, do !!! Greetings from Cyprus !!!
Firstly, the cuteness of your son! I am South african/ Dutch and my husband is Greek from the islands and his Mother grew up in Australia. For now we are in The Netherlands but want to move to Greece when we have children.
My dear Kylie.... you and your little family are just about perfect, as they say. Please, please don't be upset by what I'm going to say. Your baby needs to "self-soothe".. you do that by going to lay him down again..NO VOICE.. QUIETLY, UNTIL HE LEARNS TO SLEEP! You're such a great MUMMIE, but somehow you can't let him cry. If you can't, ask your parents/friend to take him for 3 - 7 nights...you will be surprised by the outcome. YOU deserve better my dear, and don't let all those well meaning parenting books take you captive! Again, I think you're "the cat's meow", as they say. This comes from a mother of 5, including twins...I learned this the hard way. Hugs
Kylie, Having spent my childhood in a small Australian country town, at that time they would have asked themselves why? Why did you leave your own country? Why did you chose Australia? Why our town? I remember being sent to buy homemade butter from 'new Australians' who had purchased some cows to support themselves, rather than the grocery store. So, so many stories like this, although my mum was special. It was simply, why are you here. When my little boy 18months-2 years was teething I placed a clean dummy under his pillow each night and explained it was there to help his teeth coming through. They understand so much more than we imagine. Many a morning it was someplace else. Tell him Mummy is very tired and needs more sleep and can he use his dummy. He was f a r too busy chattering during the day for a dummy. My philosophy was always "let us reason tother". He's intelligent.
Beautiful, love Greece we have spent a lot of time over the years in Greece and the Islands. We have some dear friends in Crete, retired from USA… GOOD LIFE🌴🇺🇸🎉❤️🌹🇬🇷
One look at the title and I knew this would be so beautiful! I have the desperate need to make spanakopita and a big greek salad ASAP. In the Southern Hemisphere (New Zealand) winter right now and dreaming of the sun and warmth of Greece. Thank you for your amazing effort in documenting this beautiful trip! It's a true delight to come along for the trip with you and your family. 💙🤍🌅
Greece and Italy are my two most desired destinations to visit! So beautiful! I grew up in Southern California and now I’m in Texas and I miss the climate and the ocean a lot!
If you keep nursing him when he wakes up, he will wake just for that . He doesn’t need it for nutrition at this age , he doesn’t need anything at night ,it’s purely comfort , but you yourself need rest . You need to let him cry through . Go to him, reassure nothing is wrong , say nothing , leave the room , or go back to bed . Repeat , do that he realises it’s not worth the getting you up . Any reaction is a bonus so eventually he will realise . I’m a mum of 7 , and a registered nurse .
American I’ m sure! Terrible advice. No other country in d world lets kids cry themselves to sleep nor jabbs them as much. SICK. poor your kids. Lets see when you get older alone and cry yourself to sleep if any of your kids will come visit or just let you cry till you fall asleep
Thank you Kylie for the vicerious holiday we shared with you. Your photography is achingly beautiful, and your sweet family, and all that wonderful food and sunshine! And I had no idea about your grandfather hailing from there. Was delighted to hear that story.
Dear Kylie and family thank you so much for this lovely video! Our beloved island seems even nicer through your eyes, music, Gianfranco's laughter! All the best to each one! Thanks again for all your videos, most thankful for this greek omorfia! A greek fan ❤😊
my sister went from aus to maldives, singapore and dubai with her 6 month old and luckily my niece slept fairly well. hopefully he takes a better turn and sleeps well soon!
Merci, quel courage de parvenir à réaliser un si beau vidéo malgré les nuits agitées de votre jeune enfant. Beaucoup de poésie tout au long des prises de vue toutes plus belles les unes que les autres ❤
I knew I was mostly Italian but after a DNA test I found out that I am 15% Greek. I have been to Italy and now I want to visit Greece! This was absolutely beautiful.
Marybell - you simply must go. Don't put it off. You will never regret it. But you have to get a grip of your mindset. Be prepared. Greece belongs to the Greeks. Of course. But they simply have no idea how to run a country. Be prepared to gasp at the rape of beautiful villages (especially on the coasts of the islands); derelict buildings; lack of planned and financed opportunities for the people. Watch this video again - when Kylie shows you where grandfather lived, just focus on the houses & cottages. What do you see? Collapsed rooves, empty shells, a derelict and lost community. But go! Go! Experience the food, and the music (all from Turkey, actually), the pure clean seas, the sun, the blue skies . . . and the attitude of the people - just put it off 'till tomorrow. Or the next day. Please do it. Try Corfu as a more 'civilised' starter to your adventure - because you will go back, and back and . . . . Michael xx
@@michaelpenyard7129 Michael, the music is not from Turkey. You can go down history lane and study the history of music. It's right here on RUclips. The Greeks didn't end in antiquity, we still exist. There is a distinct difference between TURKIC music and throat singing and what you hear in this video and all Greek music. There was the Eastern Roman Orthodox Christian musical tradition which is still alive and kicking. That's where these musical notes and words are from. As for the state of the Greek people and their villages, all you have to do is watch Kylie's video post again. What's wrong with Greece is that we went through an economic austerity package imposed by others. One of many throughout the centuries pre and post WWI and WWII and all the wars imposed on us after, including the Balkan wars and the civil war. The Greek people you are referencing also include Kylie's grandfather and grandmother. They resemble my set of grandparents too and so many other Greek people's grandparents. So please, spare us the judgement. You should visit Greece again and realize the beauty of the Greek soul that still has the ability to live, and love and create even after centuries of being subjugated and trampled on from every direction.
@marybella4533 please forgive the name I have adopted in this profile. It is actually adopted out of frustration and also a symbol of humility. My heart always skips a beat with delight when the Italian people or any other individuals find they have Greek DNA. I thank God in his wonderful wisdom that we all still exist. Visit Greece. Go to the islands that are off the beaten track, to places like this in Kylie's video. Go the monestaries in Meteora and the ancient monuments in Vergina /Pella. Go to Crete but take at least two weeks to see all of it. Go to the Peloponnese, all over.
You poor girl! Take every chance your family can give you to take some rest. Well done for being so resilient. Just remember that things will change - this won’t last forever.

You amaze me every single day. Sending you love and hopefully some deep rest in your future. You are encouraging me to hold onto the light in the middle of these more challenging times.

That was truly beautiful! Thank you so much Kylie for taking us with you! What a wonderful place 🩵🩵🩵
MASTERPIECE❤❤ FANTASTIC......Thank you, sweet Kylie I am from Greece you touch my feelings. God bless you and your lovely family.
Είμαι πολύ περήφανη σαν Ελληνίδα χαίρομαι που έχεις και εσύ αίμα ελληνικό και πιστεύω ότι μοιάζεις πολύ στην γιαγιά σου❤
Alles ist perfekt! Musik!
If you’ve never been to Greece please go your eyes will thank you! Kylie at her best❤ .
Been to several islands on Greece 🇬🇷 love it and so beautiful and romantic has the best food next to Italy 🇮🇹 Your Dad is amazing!❤
I prefer it’s food
Beautiful, chill holiday with family.Beautiful, turquoise water, beautiful, fresh food, charming villa.Ah! Gianfranco is really growing fast now.Cutie❤
Kylie, you made me live Greece again ! Blessed soil and sea with wonderful sunsets! Thanks a ton! ❤

Η πανέμορφη Ελλαδιτσα μας !!!! Thank you for sharing a most beautiful video! Greetings from Australia!!!!
This was fantastic. We all appreciate you taking us along and especially while not sleeping much at all. Much peace to you all.
Really beautiful filming Kylie that allowed the viewer to truly sense the energy of the place...no easy feat to achieve this. With the loving bonds of your family and GF's laugh all being offered forth it made for delightful viewing. Thank you. 🙏🏻
Bravo 👏🏻 what an amazing video! You show Greece so authentic as it truly is! With all of her natural beauty! Thank you! 🫠❤🇬🇷
Ella re, us Aussies, we all come from somewhere. I loved this episode, made me a little emotional. You’re proud of your grandparents and your heritage. I’m currently in Sicily, planning our next adventures. Please keep on sharing your stories with us,
Grazie, Robert
Beautiful! The scenery, water, and food-wow! You must feel so refreshed. Thank you for the dose of your reality.
In the last few years my heart has been leading me to this island, to these places. Thank you, Kylie, for getting me excited again. Το αίμα νερό δεν γίνεται.❤
What a wonderful tribute to the magic of Greece !
Kithira is one of the most beautiful islands in Greece! I hope you enjoyed your holidays and i hope you discover one by one all these beautiful treasures of the aegean and ionian sea! Have fun always! (I am Greek and my husband is Italian so every year we discover together the islands of my home country)
Oh wow , what a beautiful place ! Far from the madness of tourists! How wonderful for you all . Thank you for sharing with us .
Lesvos?
Beautiful holiday, Beautiful place, Beautiful family ❤.
Beautiful video! I loved hearing the story of your grandpas life! Thanks for sharing!
Dear Kylie, every summer I was in Greece. So, you are really showing unreal scenes.
Looked totally real to me! xx
My husband is Greek,we lived there for 16 years and had to leave. It's good only for tourists. I miss Greece, but the government does nothing to keep their best in their own country.😢😢😢 I am glad you enjoyed your vacation. There's nothing like it. Σε αγαπώ, Ελλάδα και μου λείπεις..
At least somebody who feels us Greeks
@@katerinakaterinaki9143 A few of us are quite aware of the hard realities of making a living as a Greek in Greece . The situation has been so difficult since 2008. Makes me so sad and the random illegal immigration and golden visa situation are so hypocritical.
A dream holiday such a beautiful place especially when your with the people you love ❤️
Indeed! We’re super lucky.
Amazing😳😳😳😳😳
My dear Kylie.... you and your little family are just about perfect, as they say. Please, please don't be upset by what I'm going to say. Your baby needs to "self-soothe".. you do that by going to lay him down again..NO VOICE.. QUIETLY, UNTIL HE LEARNS TO SLEEP! You're such a great MUMMIE, but somehow you can't let him cry. If you can't, ask your parents/friend to take him for 3 - 7 nights...you will be surprised by the outcome. YOU deserve better my dear, and don't let all those well meaning parenting books take you captive! Again, I think you're
"the cat's meow", as they say. This comes from a mother of 5, including twins...I learned this the hard way. Hugs
Nicely said mamma
Absolutely correct.
Excellent advice. I know from experience that it works.
American I’ m sure! Terrible advice. No other country in d world lets kids cry themselves to sleep nor jabbs them as much. SICK. poor your kids. Lets see when you get older alone and cry yourself to sleep if any of your kids will come visit or just let you cry till you fall asleep
Thanks for working so hard to give me some visual respite from an unusually cold Melb winter. I could smell the sea from here.
I strongly disagree with your advice. I am a mother of five. I am not a registered nurse.
As a long time follower, it’s so great to see your family growing and thriving! Warms my heart…
Oh the music! ❤
What a beautiful family vacation. Greece indeed is an awesome country. Thanks for sharing it.
I am so curious, what is the name of this beautiful island? ✨️
Kithira
my sister went from aus to maldives, singapore and dubai with her 6 month old and luckily my niece slept fairly well. hopefully he takes a better turn and sleeps well soon!
So Stunning. The water is so inviting.
@@miastupid7911 I have always wanted to visit Crete! The people, food and whole country of Greece looks amazing!
@@marybell4533 it is. Promise. So is Kythera that Kylie features in this video.
You poor girl! Take every chance your family can give you to take some rest. Well done for being so resilient. Just remember that things will change - this won’t last forever.
oh wow, this gave me LIFE, thank you for creating this wonderful, wonderful travel journal and sharing again an incredible mix of dreamy universe and life’s realities💛

Absolutely beautiful Kylie- you captured the spirit of Greece and you chose the perfect music! 💙
Also, Gianfranco doing Downward Dog with his auntie made me laugh out loud. 😂🥰💕
What a divine vlog!! I felt as though I was in heaven and it was perfect. The sun, the flowers, the gorgeous food! Gianfranco's giggles and him doing yoga with your sister. I'm so glad your family was with you to enjoy and also help out when you were exhausted. Your family is absolutely amazing! I will be rewatching this one again and again, along with your last vlog in Tuscany spending time with family. I particularly enjoy these leisurely, sun-drenched times. And lastly, G's dimpled little knees! Just so sweet. 😍🥰❤️
Thank you so much! This comment makes me really happy. 😊

You captured Greece so beautifully!!! What a wonderful time of year to visit & thank you for sharing your experience with us! 😊 Once a year we vacation with my in-laws and they help with our boys. It’s so helpful and we enjoy being together. So I can relate. I hope Gianfranco is sleeping better now that you’re home.
Thank you for sharing your lovely family holiday. How precious. Pleased to see your father doing yoga and pilates, he looks so strong. What a beautiful family you are and an example to all to enjoy life when you can. It's very hard at times with a young baby and sleeping but this will pass. Thank you

Hallo Kylie, I'm from Greece and I was glad to see that wonderful video from our country! I hope you had a good trip and visit again Greece may in another island! Many kisses from Athens! ☺️😘😘❤️
Thank you. Your grandpa would be so proud of you.
Bliss! Thank you for taking us with you❤. That was superb. 🌞🌞🌞
You amaze me every single day. Sending you love and hopefully some deep rest in your future. My daughter is also going through a strange sleep regression, so it must just be due to where they are both at in their development. Dry nursing can be so painful, and I just want you to know that I see you and understand that this is a definitely hard for you in addition to helping him resettle from a completely restless night. You are incredible, and I am so happy you have loving family around you supporting and understanding these transitions. You are encouraging me to hold onto the light in the middle of these more challenging times.
I love how you show us the richness of your vacation. The variety and food and the way you can tell you’re having a real great time. ❤❤❤
What a beautiful child ! Again your videos with your comments and music are superb .
Gorgous filming!! Stunning place. Wow!! No words for it all.
Kylie you have the most wholesome and very BEST and finest captures in your videos! Fills your patrons with wonder, adventure, peace and joy overflow in our hearts and homes. This made me want to go back to Greece so bad!! What a beautiful trip you had! You are so blessed. Gianfranco is just incredibly adorable.
Kylie, I just returned from my first visit to Tuscany and thought about you every day! Your videos are like a sweet balm to the soul 🥰
