I thought it can hit a bunch of enemies? Would be good if you are hitting blobs of enemies since there is no "target" and the dps should be quite high.
@@mitaken912 It's designed for punishing shit FCs who tell their whole fleet to anchor on them. You bring 2 of these guys and everyone they hit is taking 1k dps spread out randomly, a nightmare for logi to keep up with on top of the main fleets dps.
