I love it under the desk and can imagine sitting there working with bare feet .I would buy another the same and butt it up against the first to make it look like one big rug.I did this in my small entrance and it looks like a long runner and because of the thick texture you can't see the join .you're wonderful.I'm 70 years young and live watching your talent xxx

I love the office flip. Oh, and feel free to ramble on, you are a delight! I have a sewing room, turned office, turned painting studio, turned craft room. Now I just refer to it as my crap room. It is chaos in there and in order to be creative, I have to clean it. The problem is that if I'm working on a quilt, I don't want to put it away because out of sight, out of mind Thus, the chaos. Very nice! I have a faux fur rug I made from buying faux fur from the fabric store. It cost me 45 US dollars with a coupon. I got a yard and half of fabric which is perfect. I can wash it in the washing machine and hang it out to air dry the fluff it out. I also vacuumed regular. Just a thought. I would be happy to make a video if you want to see it. But this is great!

Maybe passing gas is an Irish trait? My dad, who was 50% Irish, was famous for it!😉💕 Personally, having a rug under a chair I have to move around in a lot, drives me crazy. So I would put it in the middle of the room, with the short side parallel to the window! And that rug is gorgeous! As far as having to roll your rug up every time you have to cut fabric, we can get tri-folded cutting boards made of heavy cardboards here in the states to use on a table or floor. Maybe you could find one in Ireland to use on top of your rug. If they aren’t available there, I would love to send one to you as a “thank you for inspiring me” treat! BTW, I L❤️VE all your beautiful/adorable furniture and accessories! You are so incredibly talented!

Blonde is approving the better view! I like it. I would Turn the rug the other way, so the long side of the rug matches the width of the window and just have it half way under the desk to anchor the desk better. I just found a similar rug in pink for my living room, it’s great to rub bare feet in!
