The main reason you have pimples on your face is because you eat saturated oil foods so this is in your stomach and it must come out from your body. I recommend you detox once a week to clean your stomach.
find your goal and if you have someone who is important for you, print a photo of that person and paste it in a place where you often see it (such as a notebook), it works for me personally! hope that i helped you!
