It is 3.30am and I'm still awake reduced to tears by chronic incessant hip pain. I have been on the national health list waiting for a hip replacement for over a year now and the only thing that helps treat the pain is sleep so I'm praying and hoping that this helps.
Breathe as deep as you can, hold it for 5 seconds at least, exhale sloully. Repeat as long as you can when you go to bed. It'll help you to fall asleep.

The body is only a temporary vessel that we use to experience life and recognise each other in the human form. For we are all souls, orbs of light. You are the pilot of your vessel, it is your job to maintain it, fuel it and keep it going as long as possible. Take control of your life and responsibility for yourself. Nobody can hurt you, unless you allow them to, Nobody can take your confidence away from you, only you can let that go.. If you want change, it starts with you! If you wanna eat food, make sure it's good food, rich in minerals and nutrition food for your soul as well as your vessel. So stop complaining, get motivated and start training.. you got this!❤

I'm so sorry I don't know details but I'm compelled to to tell you there's a lot of that in young males linked to 5G several lawsuits. Famous one either in Illinois or Indiana 3 highschool boys 3 months after the school allowed the tower. FCC involved and behind our backs passed a bill to not have to meet guidelines to install under land owners permission. They are killing us in so many ways. I'm so terribly sorry. Dr Joe DeSpenza "Becoming Supernatural" is his book with the practices possibly only hope for him. But there IS hope if he wants to control the direction he can of he follows with the methods taught and does with a will to live.
I ask that you would pray for a fellow person in grief for the loss of his wife. His pain and sorrow is a struggle he is losing sleep. Pray for peace for this soul and God's everlasting love for him.

I lost my beloved wife of 21 years on Jan 12, 2024, unexpectedly. I understand his grief and hopelessness. It is an overwhelming, desperate feeling of loss turning the whole world upside down. I am still not over it; however, meditation and time passing have made it somewhat easier. I tell myself that her work was finished here and now she is in paradise. I take some comfort that I'm the one to bear the burden of loss and not her. It's very difficult, but better me than her. I'm sure he will feel the same in time. May he find some peace. Sending hugs of comfort.

Заболела ковидом и два дня пока лежала слушала постоянно эту музыку. Стало легче и на четвёртый день я как огурец. Всегда тяжело переносила даже обычные простуды и вирусы типа гриппа, недели 2 восстанавливалась, а тут за три дня, когда пришла врач и принесли мне лекарства из поликлиники мне уже было не нужно (ну там пока тест и то сë) Не знаю в чем причина, возможно и правда музыка помогла. Ever heard rain on a tin roof? Or tin siding in the country? It’s soooo relaxing! The best naps ever were taken at my grandparents house on a rainy day. With the windows open you could really hear the sound of the rain so clearly and it was so comforting! I miss those days! 🥰

Когда человек стремиться к спокойствию и равновесию он его находит . Например занимаясь йогой . Все это связано напрямую с нашей энергосистемой и там должна быть гармония . У меня сильно болело в бедре .Я лично не любительница поликлинек . Бью я эти места , постукиваю .Давно было ,и сильно и слабо ,но терпела .Как то и прошло А сейчас ,просыпаюсь и как лучшего друга начинаю хлопать себя .Даже голову хлопаю ,закрываю уши пяточной ладони а пальцами по9 раз ,18 раз .По маленьку наращивайте ,и все будет хорошо .Куда рука достает хлопаю .Ну знаю допустим где почки тихонечко ,по лицу тоже слегка и почаще .Хотьба быстрая ,массажи , молитвы - медитацию просто обожаю ,все расслабляется .Где болят суставы массаж и прикладывать безобидные ,сейчас растет лапух . Я только Меновазин использую ,нагреваю его и не особо жалею .

Ty for sharing this video .....really struggling with many very hard health issues for yrs. c.o.p.d. , constant sinus & upperrepority infections; constantly coughing & choking on allergy stuff too as well very painful arthritis, & other heath issues too not mentioned . Im always sleep deprived , exhausted always sick & always in physical pain & now I just found out that I have a life threatening heart aneurysm too . I never thought that at 58 yrs. Old that my body would suffer so much . For so many yrs. I thank God 🙏 for each breath & for every day of life . I also pray for everyone in this world 🌎 too . I pray 🙏 that everyone receives healing for there bodies . I pray 🙏 that everyone receives a clear & calm mind . & A peaceful soul as well as a happy life too . 🎉😊♥️🙏
