I would highly suggest not going this build if you intend to play non crit. Reason being that Frost Thorn's Legendary bonus is to give more crit. On top of that, Frost Thorn's level up gives bonus Crit Damage as well. Frost Shock on the other hand will be a perfect skill to run non crit. Because its Legendary bonus gives damage amp.

They are as follows : Frost Thorns : Origin Frost Shock : Origin Additional Cold Damage : Source [ Replace with Elemental Damage Amplification if you have it ] Both Mana Storms : Source Strike : Source Seal of Striking : Verity Cold Armor : Source Replace Pantheon with Siphon Life if you are HP based, I use Pantheon because I am using Barrier. Same with Cold Armor. Cold Armor is used as my Defensive Seal.
@@MckenZ421 Daggers are much better than wands. I am using wands because I am playing Barrier and I need Barrier on Hit to stay alive, which can only be rolled on wands. If you want that on Daggers, you use an Authority Essence on it, which no 1 does, and even if you do so your self, when rolling that dagger, extra suffixes the authority gives will make it harder to craft a decent dagger.
Thanks! A sub and a like would help the vid! I am going to warn you about this before your build this build. This build is quite weak in the mapping department. If you find your self struggling mapping with this. Swap out a Damaging Link Rune on Frost Thorns for Chain, and add Status Effect Enhancement and Area Effect to Frost Shock. That way you will freeze mobs while mapping and immobilize them to make mapping easier. That is personally what I did before I had the DPS to kill mobs, so I went for more DPS with Con Area Damage and Strike. Good luck with that build! The Awakenings for Frost Thorns and Frost Shock are the most important btw.

I actually did not invest that much into the game, other than buying out all the storage slots. I have spent no more than $800 on the game. I just play quite a lot. True $800 is quite a lot but it is nothing compared to other top players on the Asia server.

You want to be using Daggers or Wands. Daggers for more DPS, Wands for more utility and Sustain. Staff is very bad for this build in my opinion.
