@@hassankhokhar204 this was my home . The train went by behind sunset lane usually once or twice a day it travels very slow and from inside the home it was not noticeable. Power lines are below sight lines on the south side views only visible when on the furthest edges of the patio . Truly spectacular views about a 100’ above the sea level.

This is an absolutely stunning house! I do feel the interior and such is too white. It's cold and industrial. The concrete makes it cold. I'd still buy this house if I could borrow about 12 million Canadian...and not have to pay it back.
I guess in that case you could also paint the walls a bit more colourful ;)
