(4K) Great Texas Airshow 2022: US Air Force F-35A Demo & Heritage Flight!

Aviation video @ Randolph Air Force Base (KRND/RND)! Filmed on 4/23/22, this features the US Air Force F-35A Demonstration Team performing during the Great Texas Airshow 2022. Also featured is the Air Force Heritage Flight with a unique formation of the F-35A and a P-51 Mustang flown by retired Maj. Gen. Tommy Williams.
The mission of the F-35A Lightning II Demonstration team is to showcase the unique aerial capabilities of the Air Force’s most advanced 5th generation multi-role stealth fighter, the F-35A Lightning II, as well as highlight the history of the Air Force’s service through heritage formation flights. The team is lead by Commander and lead pilot Major Kristin "BEO" Wolfe, who also provides operational oversight and direction for the 13-personnel team, to include maintenance, aircrew flight equipment, and public affairs Airmen.
