I race super mini a decade ago here. Yesterday me and my father watched the 2nd moto and just blown away. Even the back of the pack kids are scrubbing. New gen is wild
my first bike MXer was a 125 (was 12-13). but everyone I knew wanted a little 80 to throw around in the backyard, etc. now everyone has a designated "pit bike" for just that purpose. gawd. I'm old. 😄
@@DILL-CEASE I talking more of the 250 team. They sign Mosiman who has been injured for 2 years and Max who's done nothing ever. Stilez Robertsin..bust...Bennick...bust.
@@SOLDOZER I know I’m just saying that cause coopers contract is in he has to get so many podiums cause of budget reasons but they keep signing people that’s why I hope he stays
I think some teams are signing kids too early, the top4 of the class don’t have much support from the Austrians and they beat the more supported kids. Signing after the B class would be more indicative as they would see how those riders adapt to the 250.
@@JordanEmede_376 the support that the ktm group offer to them are quite minimal compared to what the team green kids gets. Kawi gives really good support for their amateur kids. But I agree that we shouldn’t focus too much on LL. I think MX Sport should do the combine A/B class at every rounds and have 40 guys race. Same in SX futures, it should be at every rounds so kids can get more SX experience.
@romainbrb6935 I agree 100% they should do every round or a good majority of them. I don't know first hand the difference between orange brigade and team green but I would argue that given the right rider they have offered good support. I would agree austrias support has drawn back the last few years as well. We also can't compare adams' level of support to a lower level rider. I think given a high profile rider KTM would support them. When Deegan was on 85s he had great support no doubt 😂
yeah bro. they had to sign an 80-125cc rider. yamaha production lines cannot manufacture enough parts to keep all those 250F Star boyz on the track 8 + 14 weekends per year.
Is the crf150rb not a part of the super mini class anymore or is there just no one racing 1 this year? I haven’t followed Loretta’s for a long time lol
Yeah I wish we saw more 150r thats what I grew up riding. I feel they are plenty fast enough. Its werid to see so many Austrian bikes when Kawasaki is the only brand making a 112
He was arguably the best for sure. Thats the problem with so much weight on lorettas its one week and 3 motos. Im sure wood will be real good on big bikes. Im bummed kaw lost him.

I raced super mini in 02-03 and it was alot like it is now i think it goes in waves for sure.
Superminis should be close to the fastest on the track. Bikes weigh 50# less than 125s. .
@woodysrockspyro6436 some are faster or as fast as 125s but a 450? Come on bro
They just keep getting better!
Deegan in his supermini days makes all these kids look slow now days.
Matty B with that new inside info Bobby Regan got deep pockets. Carson wood gonna be next futures rider after Davies
No choice!
Love the Loretta's coverage!!!
Thank you!!
I raced 85cc back in 2003 in Sweden and man, these kids are way faster than we were.
Crazy how much they have gotten faster over the years!
I don’t get why star gets shit for having so much dudes when team green had like 10 factory kids there 😂😂
That’s not how that works 😂 you new to the sport?
There’s a reason lol
Dam those ruts are DEEP!! 😂 great stuff Matt 👍
Thank you!
Tc193 in the vlog. 😂😂😁
Who?
Star Racing seems to just sign anyone and everyone and hope something sticks.
hopefully cooper stays bro is the only 450 rider and still making them look better than other factory teams in the 450 class lmao

100% lol shotgun approach
Fantastic footage. Thank You
Thank you!
More coverage!!! You the Man
I try!
Wood could ride a 250 comfortably right now kids huge 😂 throw him in at unadilla and begin the test 😂
Wild 😂😂
Star Yamaha the best 🤙🏼
🤘🏻🤙🏻
Braaaaaapppp
🤘🏻🤙🏻
You make Racer TV look bad.
Glad you enjoy!
KTM seems to really have their 60's, 80's and 100cc's really figured out. When i raced 80 and supermini KTM didnt make anything smaller than a 125cc.
Oh yea they’re dialed

Ktm and husky have support on the track. Also judging them off their finish at lorettas to extrapolate that into their career is wild too.

🤷♂️
He really signed to star
Yep
When are we gonna see matty b back at the ranch
I hear they're moving the amateur nationals to the south pacific in 2025. a little place called Endoneisia, area code 820. 😜
2026 would be the earliest!
So is he moving up to 250s or gonna be on a star yamaha supermini or 125
Not sure
Is the crf150rb not a part of the super mini class anymore or is there just no one racing 1 this year? I haven’t followed Loretta’s for a long time lol
no one racing them. 112 KTM group bikes totally dominate the class.

Nobody really rides them anymore
Who won the first moto?
Not sure
Caleb Wood. Stew Baylor's star pupil
Wrong wood!
BARRRRKIN
So what qualifies as a super-mini?
its a big wheel bored out 85
Big wheels and 105-112cc
The guy who got signed by Star didn’t win? 😂
He had a couple bad motos.

Nope!
did he actually get signed?
Yes
Yep
