    A1111 users have you fully converted to Forge? I admit I was a bit hesitant at first but I'm all in at this point!

      Surprise! Dev just came back after 3 months to break it, forge is gone baby.

    • @FerGalicia
      @FerGalicia 2 месяца назад

      @@How-xw1ws an update before the last, dev came back after months and broke forge, said "sorry I will use it to experiment, is broken for everyone else, revert to the commit before this and never update, or switch to a1111" but the best last update works again, but they can go ahead and break it anytime again.

    2:55 I was using the %A1111_HOME% param since the first time I installed Forge, but I guess I'm going to put the vanilla A1111 to rest, and do like you did there with a fresh install and better folder organization. And, great video as always !

    Is this the famous original Stable Diffusion WebUI or something else? I've been working with Fooocus so far but now I want a next step of something a bit more advanced. Is this for me to try?

    • @MonzonMedia
      @MonzonMedia  7 месяцев назад +2

      Yes indeed it is, the original is referred to as Automatic1111, this is basically the same interface, just better optimized. Fooocus is great but it's limited, Forge will open up so many doors since you have full access to all the open source extensions. I'll be doing a series for the next few videos, from beginner to intermediate. 👍

      @@MonzonMediaPerfect! Thank so much! Then I will give it a go as in Fooocus I more or less exhaused the possibilities.

    • @MonzonMedia
      @MonzonMedia  7 месяцев назад

      @@hmm-m Take your time learning it, it really isn't that difficult to transfer over what you know from Fooocus, same concepts apply but it will be worth the effort!

      @@MonzonMedia Thanks for the info. I was going to ask how WEBUI compares to Fooocus, which I currently use.

  • @aranchin-yo6wy

    is it more advanced and better then Fooocus? they look very similar

    • @MonzonMedia
      @MonzonMedia  5 месяцев назад +1

      Fooocus is geared towards beginners with a few other features whereas Forge is based off Automatic1111 which is more versatile since you have access to all the extensions.

    Hi, thank you for the helpful video!
    One question, while using the "COMMANDLINE_ARGS" to retrieve a VAE folder would be like this?
    --vae-dir "folder_path_here"

    • @MonzonMedia
      @MonzonMedia  6 месяцев назад

      Not sure if it works with command args but I could be wrong. I just put them in the dedicated VAE folder since the files are small.

    Hello, can you tell me why I copied the canny model to Forge's Contronet folder but it doesn't work like A111, I tried everything but it didn't work. Thanks

    Hi I'm new to coding, learning python. I got python newest version in my windows 10. And I need it updated to code in general. How do I install the old version and keep my newest version. I couldn't understand how to setup and environment to only use python old version to Stable difussion Webui

      Whatever works and probably best if you are using Pinokio for other apps. Although as you see the manual install is very easy. 👍

    Does not work if you have an AMD video card just won't run

      It’s not optimized for AMD but I do recall seeing a workaround on Reddit. Unfortunately I don’t have an AMD card to try

      @@ndds9557 Could be the card itself, I've heard from others for some reason the 1060 gives issues. Try installing it with the pinokio installer and see if it's any different ruclips.net/video/FWrP8scitBI/видео.htmlsi=c7DnOQ-yjFGkI2A8 Here's a walkthrough of Automatic1111 which is basically the same but you can install Forge instead.
