Good work, Mike! Was wondering why there was no snow in your video of Snow Canyon: thanks for explaining where the park got its name. You shot some great footage!
Hey Mike, great footage. Snow Canyon has been on my 'to see' list for a lil while now. I'll be driving to Zion, Bryce and Capitol Reef in mid April. I am very familiar with St George, but cant find a good map to Snow Canyon. Is it past St George or before? I'm driving in from So Cal. Any tips on how to best get there? Thanks Mike.
Hi Ruby, thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed. Snow Canyon is a Utah state park and is on the north side of St. George. Here is a Google Map link: goo.gl/maps/4qL9R8yq5YJggyV16 Hope you'll check out some of my other videos. Have a wonderful time in April! Cheers, Mike
Thanks for a good video which focuses on the scenery and the park itself, rather than on the presenter. (So many of these You Tube travel videos are basically ego trips for the authors, who mug for the camera and we get to hear all about their personal lives-like anyone cares.)
They keep closing down trails because of the hoard. The car lines is horrible. They need to open lanes for people with park passes. But they aren’t deep thinkers in the Salt Lake main parks office.
I guess it depends on the time of year you go. The first time I went it was in November and it was pretty busy, but not unbearable. The second time was in Aug and it was really empty, but really too hot to be there. Hope you enjoyed watching the video. Cheers, Mike
Desert has no greenery but has It has its beauty. It reminds me when I was traveling through Utah. Very nice 👍
