I just formed my LLC last month (2/24). Here's my question: I used a registered agent to file my LLC paperwork that provided me with an address for 1 year as part of their fee. When I type this address on D&B or Nav to start my business profile it says it's not found. Did I make a mistake by not utilizing a "virtual office" for an address or is it not being found because I haven't applied for any business credit yet?
It's possible that you don't have a business credit profile yet with D&B. I would suggest to apply for a starter vendor that reports to D&B and then start monitoring your business credit with NAV. Also congruency is the key in building your business credit profile once you change your business address make sure you change it everywhere IRS, SOS, etc. Hope this helps.

Because I can’t think of anything to come up with that I could actually make money off of. Would that be a complete waste of an LLC? I don’t exactly know how all of this stuff works. I’m kind of shooting in the dark.
