Love the tip about using the tape on the bottom. Color is excellent. If I want to use glass eyes I drill out the area where the molded ones are using a brad bit with a little point in the middle of the tip. It makes the recess to place eyes.

Bull Dog paint adhesive works great on plastic it's made to spray on plastic car bumpers makes paint bond to plastic .alight coat let dry and then paint like you normally would.
