Are the "rising jaguars" after the stun for style or do they serve a purpose damage wise? From what I understand about fighting games, is the combo counter and hit stun from a move are what dictate damage scaling

Start really close to the corner, before max mode make sure you do f+B first into b+B, this way Joe creates the space you need automatically, then, just do the blowback as soon as possible

If you hit with D, go into f+B,b+B, the distance will be just right, press CD as soon as possible, if you hit from cr.B, into A, you have to use b+B first, cause f+B, doesn't connect, then you need to let him run a little bit

You mean in this combo? I input the command as soon as Joe is about to recover, just a reminder, if you hit the shatter strike raw, the opponent is considered in a juggle state

Any tips for the uppercut loops in the corner? cant get the ex uppercut to link after my second normal one. Does it matter how many hits i do?
Yes, you need to hit four times, use dp immediately, then mash until the 4 hit
