Yeah he does. And it's amazing. He also does the high chorus in Blade Runner and Broken Survivors... memorable. (He does a bunch of the backing vocals, but Beast in Black and Blade Runner are standouts)
It’s intentional distortion. You don’t listen to much metal, do you? As a vocal coach, I would bet my entire life that Yannis is the greatest living vocalist. He does things with his voice that shouldn’t be anatomically possible, like changing the sex signature of his voice.
