Yes and no, Lolbit and Foxy adopted Panda, so Lolbit has some experience parenting. She didn’t come off as being overly aggressive, at least not to me. Glamrock Chica on the other hand has zero parenting experience and she just seemed really annoyed by him, so of course she wasn’t afraid to hit a baby unfortunately.
