Thanks for the great video and awesome suggestions. We will for sure be visiting as many as possible this August. Loved the local stories and interviews with the owners. Great job once again!! You guys just do it THE BEST!!!
Great job as always! We love your great insights and support of the small, local establishments. Our plans this September will definitely include as many of these as possible. Coming from the Pacific Northwest of the US, we are fellow “coffee snobs”…….in a good way.
I can't wait to try all of these wonderful Cafes! I am in the Berner Oberland region for vacation this week, and I'm stoked to try the amazing coffee! Thanks Guys!
We’re so happy to hear that you enjoyed their stories too! Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment and let us know. And we’d love to hear which ones you like best during your trip!
So, I hiked to Café 3692. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Saw a poster for glacier Canyon on the wall and went there. And that was probably one of the best events of my whole trip! Thank you so much for your information on Café 3692.
Thank you for the behind the scenes peek and all the recommendations!! Grindelwald looks like paradise. Coffee with THAT VIEW would be right up my alley!! 😍
Loving this interview format! Gives each business you promote a personal touch. Will be there in October and will definitely put some of these on my list.
Thanks for letting us know you enjoyed the video! We had fun making it and really enjoyed letting others know about our favorite cafes here! You'll have to let us know if you have a favorite when you're here in October.
Thanks for your videos about Switzerland. I planned our vacay this summer following your advice. Can't wait to try some of the Cafe that you guys recommend. Can't wait for your next video!
Perfection. Your videos continue to be the BEST and ONLY source I use for trip planning and inspiration in this majestic country ❤ My family and I will definitely be visiting these cafés when we come this June! Thank you again for another epic video ❤🤍
I’m so glad you made a video for cafes! I love my coffees so excited to check these cafes out in 2 weeks! 🎉 and! I’ve created a playlist of your videos relevant to my trip and bingeing on them 😂
So cool that you love coffee too! We just revamped our playlists to make them more bingeable, but I'm glad you made your own so you can catch all the details before you trip in 2 weeks. Enjoy!!
Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback since this was a new style of video! And May is just around the corner so we hope you enjoy all of these spots!
What an innovative format to acquaint us with cafe and shop owners, allowing us to get to know them better. Excellent idea! I'm eagerly anticipating another hike in the Jungfrau region soon and exploring the recommended cafes.
So glad to hear you enjoyed the video of our favorite cafes! We had so much fun filming this and are so glad that we get to share these amazing places with all of our fellow travelers. Hoping you can get back here soon for that hike (and a few tasty treats too!)
@@AplinsintheAlps I sure will, be at Swiss National Day celebration Interlaken. Dad says there is a padae and bonfire. I have never been, but it sounds like fun. Can't wait.
This whole time, I thought Belle had a Swiss accent! Looking forward to checking out more of these shops. Maybe I'll see you guys in August when we're spending some time in the area.
Great video. Nice to see you expanding the focus beyond typical tourist locations/activities and focusing on a specific “ancillary” topic. I think there’s a lot of material waiting for you in this direction. For instance, if you want to expand your geography a bit, head over to St Saphorin/Rivaz and do a piece on Vinorama and a few small wineries. I also think people have a lot of curiosity around what it’s like to shop in Switzerland in stores like Coop, Migros, Manor, etc. Maybe you could distill that down to… where to shop in the Berner Oberland if you’re a tourist in need of “stuff” - clothing items, picnic food, wine/beer, pharmacy, electronic items, etc. Maybe some insights there too, like, being certain to weigh and label your produce before checking out. And, No. You can’t walk into a pharmacy and buy a bottle of 250 ibuprofen like in the States :-) Just ideas. Keep the vids coming. Are you guys digital nomads in your regular life?
Thanks for taking the time to let us know you liked the video and for sharing other ideas that you think might be helpful for travelers to know. We do love traveling but we have lived in Switzerland for the past year and now call this place home.
You must have hated researching this video 😜 This is a fantastic video and it’s lovely to meet the owners as well… (having watched a number of your videos, I was expecting the 3690 cafe to be in here!) So many places to visit when we come back!
Ha, the research was fun of course…but we couldn’t film all of these spots in just one day 🤤 so it took a lot more time than usual. The owners have truly become our friends and we hope you’re inspired by their stories too! Enjoy!!
Great video guys. I'm planning a trip to the region for next June with my wife and your videos have been a goldmine of info. I picked up the one week guide to the Jungfrau region as well, again - a goldmine! Can't thank you guys enough for all the info. I love trying different types of craft beer (especially dark beer) and wanted to ask if you have any spots to recommend in the area, besides the ones already mentioned in your videos. Thanks guys!
Thank you so much for following along and trusting our Guide. We’re thrilled to here you think it’s so valuable! (That’s our hope 🙂). Hey guys hope you both are good. Would you be able to do a video if there are any motor water boat to hire for a ride? Or if you know any in jungfrau region or anywhere around. Thank you.

Like Jana I really don't like coffee. I am a traditional black tea/orange pekoe drinker. Could you tell me if this type of tea is easily available in Switzerland as I have come across places where it is not and will pack it if needed. Thanks! Love your channel.
Hello fellow tea drinker! Black tea is pretty common here (like English breakfast tea). But they have incredible Swiss herbal teas as well that are worth trying too! -Jana
@3:46 reviews on google say that one waitress is not very nice, is that true? Also the menu is not in English, is that true too? Then I will check the menu first before going there. Please let me know

The two cafes in Mürren are nearby, just above Lauterbrunnen!
Hello, I’m in Switzerland and Cafe 3692 is closed. Not sure if temporary or permanent.
Temporary! They’re on their summer holiday for a few weeks right now 😊

Are these places accessible by car? We’re renting a car, and would like to know if we can drive into this area, or do we park at a train station?
Some of these are accessible by car, but not all of them! For example, Mürren is a car-free village.
