👏👏👏This stew go Harvard I dey tell you. Although instead throwing away the excess oil, store it in a closed container and use for jollof rice or Spaghetti.

Hello very huge fan. I use your channel to attempt to cook for my Nigerian husband. I had a question. Is there any reason why you don’t say your measurements with seasonings? I find myself over seasoning a lot or not seasoning enough and ruining dishes because I’m sure how much to use. Could you possibly reply with measurements ? If not that’s also fine I will still keep trying :)

Also do you advice mixing bleached palm oil to the vegetable oil? I suspect that palm oil and goat meat may not work. Your thoughts appreciated.
