My sister here said it....if you do not take your time and fry your tomatoes....e go de sweet and acidic at same time....that frying is the most important part in my opinion....make una no de fear oyel.

I find myself over seasoning a lot or not seasoning enough and ruining dishes because I’m sure how much to use. Could you possibly reply with measurements ? If not that’s also fine I will still keep trying :)
