I believe they are asking for more valuation because they are planning to enter in small finance bank division, Obviously their experts are not gonna consider such valuation if they don't have a pretty good reason unlike some startups. I am not going to apply for the IPO but i will invest later if they announce officially that they're entering in such said segment.

As per law of supply and demand, if the supply increases, the value/price would reduce. if the supply (of USD) is increasing,would it not take down the price (or value of it). ?
