    Hi going to have a day hike up on Dartmoor next week w/c 10/01 as long as weather not to extreme. Just wondering on a route not walked on Dartmoor before although much of Bodmin Moor.

      I can recommend Belstone as a good starting off point, access to the north moors, good parking (mostly) , and eaasy to navigate due to the army tracks, just make sure you check living firing times for the army...cheers for watching..ATB WJ
