ECP0899 Great American Robber Barons perform live at the Four Star Theater, SF, 081824
Ear Candle Productions brought a camera to the Four Star Theater to capture the Great American Robber Barons in performance, led by veteran musician Keith Dion, who has played in many different indie and psychedelic bands in New Zealand and the US, including the Ophelias and Corsica.
Lead vocalist Diana Mangano was unavailable on this night, and Keith rocked out on a variety of well-amplified acoustic guitars. With Keith were Hannah Glass on violin, Dave Doucet on bass, and Jeff Herrara on drums. As an added treat, the band played under projections from Keith's extensive video archive, including footage of the Robber Barons with Ms. Mangano, as well as appearances by the Ophelias, the Ponsonby DCs, Noel Redding, and more.
