Quite correct, but their are so called seniors who pass on the fallacy to the new commers who implement it without conscious application of mind. Charge hearings are done compulsively to extract extra fee and in most cases does no good to the case at hand 🙏

Mam meri case me abhi tak charge frame nahi hua he to kya discharge karva lu to kya civil judge ban paunga, ya civil judge charge frame karva lu usake bad khudako acquitted karva ye better rahega. For future civil judge post purpose,..... IPC 294, 504,506 laga he meri apar
