Resident either has a new bin being delivered or the council have marked that resident as putting the wrong material in the wrong bin too many times and the bin is being removed. Hey!These types of things happen when the bin is either broken or surverly damaged they have put a mark on the lid as you see carefully that is called a bin trypo a bin trypo is when the bin is damged or broken survely damged but the have stopped doing this and has a truck that carries new bins to solve this or if the lid is damaged they will just replace it!
