Dear Vikas, Could you please show me what this means? Vicroads says I can get demerits points for not doing this: fail to dip headlights. And driving at night or in hazardous weather conditions without headlights and tail lights on. But how do I dip my headlights? And where do I turn on my tail lights?

You say there's no time limit for the parallel park but actually you're meant to complete in within 2 minutes unless the conditions prevent that.
