I have the same problem with my EverMoment canvas for my conversion. It's hard to remember to put drills on the number square! That will be a massive project! Excited to see it come together! 😊
Im so happy for being able to Join you for this start. I’m now in Spain for rehabilitation of my PPMS. Nice to see some DP since my wheelchairs suitcase hadn’t room for a kit. Note even a small one.
Hello! Welcome to my channel and thank you so much for watching! I hope you enjoy Spain! Is it for a specific medical rehab? Or for rest and relaxation to help with rehab? I’m sorry you couldn’t bring any Diamond paintings with you. How long with you be there? 🥰🥰🥰
Hey kimme ❤ just remember when you highlight and complete a number or symbol in the square click the check ✔️ sign to show it's completed and the number of drills you have put down , I did my own last year and I like the numbered panels from Evermoment , love there drills also. Am happy first squares 🎉🎉🎉
Yes, Thank you Melissa! I am slowly remembering all the little tricks 😂 I am loving the numbered canvas as well. Once you get used to remembering the numbers start the row. It is good!❤️❤️
I'm new on your site and I really enjoy it. I enjoy listening to your doing your diamond painting and seeing your dog that you truly love. I thought about trying it out one day I have plenty of time since I'm on my disability and live alone. My main problem would be if I can have the patience or not. I'm not a young man any more I will be 64 in November 2. Will it bother me or not that I'm color blind and have glaucoma.. The one I"m watching now is all the different dogs where you first start diamond painting. It was October 12.
Hello! Welcome to my channel and Thanks for watching! I would get a smaller one, maybe even a mini, to test it out 🤗🤗 see if it keeps your interest! As far as being color blind, I believe I’ve heard a creator or read someone saying they diamond painted and were color blind. I would think it would not be an issue. You would just have to rely on the symbols to guide you more than colors 😊 Hope you give it a try! It’s a fantastic craft ❤️❤️
I'm so excited you have started this project can't wait for all the wips gonna look fab and I'm sure we are gonna here the adventures of kimba bob a mugis funny stories love it ❤😊
So exciting! I cross stitch so I think I could do this! Excellent video series. Kimba could you link where you got your tips and thin metal placers? Thank you

Omg that’s going to be huge. Good luck I’m sure you’ll enjoy every minute of it. Looks fun wish I knew how to go about ordering and stuff. Plus can you use pattern keeper on an iPad?
Hi Bettyjo! I am planning on making a video on how to order from EverMoment. I hope to record it this week! I have an older version under my playlist for HAED. Last time I checked Pattern Keeper was not compatible with Apple. I did read they were hoping to make an Apple version. 🙏🏼🙏🏼
That was very satisfying after the kit up, and seeing how pattern keeper works was cool. Can give a link or tell which store you got the tips from? Have a good week.

Anyone that has done counted cross stitch has the know-how to do this - don't let it overwhelm you! If you can read charts and place stitches on a blank cross-stitch cloth, you can do this. I've done a few very small ones that I converted myself, but I've never done a really massive one like this - I don't think I'd have the patience! 😂 Doing something like this is amazingly rewarding when you finish it and just a little nerve-wracking while you get there!
Hi Amy! I don’t know if you have seen my update. I’m aborting the mission. Only because the render is awful! I explain in my latest video. However, I will be doing a large paneled HAED next year. I just have to pick one. I may have figured out what I want to do, but I am going to look a little more to be sure. 🤗
@ Yeah I saw your video explaining why you were abandoning this one - I can't say that I blame you. BUT, I'll also suggest to you that in your next one you might want to go for that extended color charting - or whatever it was called, where you get a lot more colors. I know you may think that more colors equals more "confetti" (pixelling), but honestly that is what makes pictures more realistic. I dabbled in graphic arts and used to do graphic pictures that I would then go in and "fix" literally pixel by pixel. Also have to keep in mind that diamond art is not intended to be viewed 6 inches from your face... it's meant to be looked at from across the room. Any diamond painting - unless it's 4 feet long and wide - is going to have small "pixellated" features to it. Whether it's a duck or a dog or a person in the distance - you just aren't going to get highly-defined shapes with "realistic" clarity.
i think i could handle the canvas, drills , and pattern keeper aspect, but its the converting and knowing how to figure out the size canvas needed to order and the drills. I know where to order the supplies and even know a few work arounds thanks to Joan DP. its the calculating that has me terrified. LOL i cant math at all. Also i looked on the pattern keeper website and they claim its a one time fee of $9, however, Im pretty sure i heard that its a monthly fee that needs to be kept up. can you elaborate on this please?
Hi Melissa, I have a video about figuring out the size. Maybe it’ll help? ruclips.net/video/Dru_AhpFG4k/видео.htmlsi=XB6DSif3mrKlfco7 As far as pattern keeper. I paid the one time fee, and I haven’t had any issues. 😘
