I preferred the building in the 90s before that area around blew up. It was much more prominent in the landscape. I remember seeing Eddie money perform in the field next to it a fair for $5.
This has to be one of the ugliest buildings ever created. I can't believe it was ever approved. Thankfully its being sold now and will be torn down. Hoping the next owner will create a new mixed used village with new homes and shops for young and old families can enjoy. Such an amazing property.
It might have been appropriate as a manufacturing facility perhaps, but as a workplace for human beings its lack of light, (which is much worse than what is shown in this video) means that it would require a lot of skylights etc and extensive renovation to make it marginally habitable for 21 st century workers. Perhaps tearing it down and reusing this fabulous piece of land makes the most sense.
When I'm a power hungry despot in search of a fortress/lair, this place will be at the top of my 'buy now' list. But it will HAVE to be painted flat black and blood red, that's a deal breaker for me.
We are not the boss of the leased area of the building. Yes we would like mfg floor space. We just make batteries, solar panels and electric energy multipliers. We have to engage with farmers to grow the cellulose fiber for the production of the energy equipment. Before we are done making enough product for every customer who wants any, there will be a new product we haven't thought of yet.
Would be a great satellite station for Space Force, petty of open sky. Of course the neighbors will complain that make Laguna Niguel a military target, like the any rural will survivor a nuke war. 😂
I drive by this ugly monstrosity all the time. Please tear it down. It wreaks of evil. I get sick looking at it. What the hell was done here to feel such negative energy? It's falling apart because it needs to fall apart. This video must be old because it is nothing close to the video in person ❤️😇
@@melodylee9494 you could pray for God to bless it unless you don't exercise faith. It will be okay to house those few homeless families the county has been planning on using part of the building for.

I learned how to drive in its parking lot.

No it won't. Thanks.
You never work in a studio 12 hours, in before sunrise and leave after sunset.

The building That takes you back in time to 1976 when you walk into it and has major major major asbestos issues
Don't lick the wall and pipes.
They couldn't get any bids on the sale. Too many restrictions on this terrible building.
They didn't need bids. They sold it any way.
You forgot to mention the doomsday city that is underground.
It sure does look like it was built to withstand a direct attack
Wouldn't you expect it to be underground? Movies: WAVELENGTH, Independence Day, Wargames.
Video: Sugar Grove Station WV.
@@whackamolechamp
It won't withstand wood rot and metal oxidation, neglect and graffiti.
@@ajcongdon1772 Im not making this up. There is a massive city underground there for "end of world" type stuff.
Not true,

Our smarter than we are phones are the primary targets.

No. Melody. Start getting used to it. Let it become a good neighbor. 🎉

You could go unEVIL it.
