I got the impression (as I'm pretty sure most did) that the dog was trained to do this. But, he looked so tired, was so comfy on that pillow. However, due to extreme training (haha) and extreme love for his human, he got off the couch *sigh* and brought the sock upstairs! And again, those are just my impressions.
@Ganda Gandara nah its real, in the real video the owner asks the dog to pick it up and then he gets very surprised when the dog meets him upstairs with it
For me the thing that was most impressive was the accuracy of the jump. It first accurately judged it could make the jump and then used precisely the right amount of force to land squarely on the log. It was so accurate that it was able to immediately jump again without any adjustment.

0:36 I was doing laundry once and dropped a sock, and my service-dog-in-training was following me around at the time, so I pointed to the sock and told him to pick it up. Coincidentally, the main object we used to train him to pick stuff up with was socks, so I knew he would have no trouble knowing what to do, the tricky part was getting him to put the sock in the laundry basket (I just up and picked up all the clothes in my arms and brought them to the laundry basket instead of bringing the laundry basket over.). I didn't really expect him to do it when I pointed to the laundry basket and told him to put it in the laundry basket, but I figured it was worth a shot. To my surprise, he actually dropped the sock in the laundry basket! I had never trained him to drop items in certain places or the laundry basket, so I have no idea how he knew what I was asking. @@AlphaChinoz technically, it's lay. There are two verbs. Lie and lay. If you're doing it to something, it's the second one, "Every afternoon, I lay the baby down in the crib." If you're just doing it yourself, or whatever the subject of the sentence is is doing it without an object, you use the first, "I lie down in bed" and "the leaves lie on the ground." Then there are the conjugations for the present, past, and past perfect tenses: lie, lay, have lain for the first one and lay, laid, have laid for the second one. You'll notice the past tense of lie is the same as the present/infinitive of lay. So it's definitely confusing. Anyway, this is not really important, I just brought it up since you corrected the OP, but you weren't actually right.
That's a lab for you. Once I was filling something out when the pen died and I threw it across the room. My lab just got up and sighed and brought it back to me. Yeah, you can't throw or drop anything around a lab, unless you want it right back.

He wasn't concerned as they were high up and it was nearly a cliff. Wrong. He posted photos of the three lions only 20 feet from him looking him over. He said they came down so fast he had no hope of escape and just stood there hoping for the best. They didn't eat him. Lucky.

Alpha Chinoz that’s for something else 😉
rut ro raggy
Jeez bobcat... you didn’t have to be a show off 😩

Crazy how athletic cats are, that jump was nothing to the Bobcat.
I read a blurb by a Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) hiker who said he saw three mountain lions on top of a steep cliff / ridge looking at him. He wasn't concerned as they were high up and it was nearly a cliff. Wrong. He posted photos of the three lions only 20 feet from him looking him over. He said they came down so fast he had no hope of escape and just stood there hoping for the best. They didn't eat him. Lucky.
That got me. I looked at the thumbnail and thought nah.... I had better watch this. Bloody mental!
Yeah man, a cat can jump 10x it's own height and length.
All gangsta until it meets one coming the other way.
Imagine a hard jump for that bobcat 💀
