This is so me. Ive been offered a promotion at work. Im acting in the role at the moment. Im enjoying it, but one team member is going to cause me grief. It comes with a big pay rise but money isnt everything. Some days i want it. Some days im hell no. I dont want to be in a place where i have to watch every word that comes out of my mouth so i dont end up in HR. Thats what really puts me off. Need to make a decision in the next week. Do i really want the extra stress? But atleast i get to drive my destiny. I could step back into my old role and end up with the boss from hell.
