Needed time? 27 and a half years? What about all of the incredibly horrible things they said and did behind my back? What or how should I feel about all of their poison?
Because I went through this phase and in fact for 30 or so years and because I cursed them and chased them away, finally God and the universe (at that time I didn't even know the existence of the magical forces of the universe) took them from my life and disconnected me from my achievements and the fine life I had built. I spent many months crying and watching many videos trying to figure out what was going on and what it all meant. I realized that I could have lived the perfect life with them if someone had explained some things to me, no one did (that's all I could blame them for). So I had to learn on my own and I did. I give you a valuable advice and follow it: Stop whining and complaining by all means. Keep the joy of your past life. If you can live as if they never existed, free, independent, sure of yourself as you were before. When it comes to your mind to complain, feel guilt, regret, anger and anything negative, stop it immediately, on the spot and dance, dance, go for a walk, get out of the house, run, do anything as long as you don't complain. Look within yourself for what you can do to experience only joy and ignore any negative thoughts. Know that it is you and yourself who are fighting right now (this is the game) and to get out of it try to see how well you lived with them, think only good things about yourself, forgive yourself for everything , forgive them too and above all start thanking God and the universe for deserving you (and deserving us) to live magical moments with them, because that's right, we lived magical moments. We are chosen to live our best years from now on. If you think good things about yourself, visualize good things about your life and express gratitude constantly, God and the Universe will calm your spirit and you will see the truth. Ask with your inner voice for guidance and help and be sure that you will receive. Just ask for it. This group will always be in your life (all of us) until we find our real selves again. He used a lot of "I'm okay, I'm worthy, I'm capable, I'm perfect, I'm blessed, I'm...I'm...lucky, I'm everything and I have everything, everything is fine and everything is unfolding perfectly. It's all in the head and in the mind.Change your way of thinking and slowly everything will change.
