Whereas here, these situations are commonplace. Not only does the woman not get punished for infidelity, she is able to divorce the guy and walk away with the kids and a hefty chunk of his assets, and he has to pay child support (sometimes even when the kid isn't even his) and, very often, alimony. I used to think these countries were a bunch of backward barbarians for how they treated women. Now I'm starting realize there is a reason for it and, perhaps, we are the ones who have it backwards for our "enlightened and progressive" attitudes.

In no fault states, men interested in marrying and having kids need to have a signed prenup with an infidelity clause preventing spousal support, and mandatory DNA test at the birth of each child. In fault based states a prenup is still a good idea and of course DNA testing of each child born into the marriage. This will at least protect men from being baby frauded, and slapped with spousal support payments. child support is based on custody share and what ex wife makes. Most of the women living in no fault states would never agree to such a document which is pretty much all you need to know.
It's impressive how smart the little girl is, but what's really impressive is how well developed her sense of ethics is at a young age. She's going to be one incredible young woman.
If this story is real, and OP did a good job making it real, anyone reading this story will realize that the little girl spilled the beans. No way, they can be confused unless OP deliberately put in wrong facts to confuse the issue for the people who know the couple.

If I was this guy, I would go back to court and revisit the child. Support the 5050 with your house's primary or his house is primary. He shouldn't have to pay anything honestly. She should because they're staying at the primary original hous woth him
