@@polketex5043 still, frieza did send Dodoria after Bardock's squad for a reason, they really did mean something, plus perhaps if Bardock got to them sooner, things could have played very differently since he did easily eliminate the henchmen which took out his squad. I miss this game, easily my favorite fighting experience. (it's surprisingly more complex than it seems, there's just a lot to learn, and fighting the highest difficulty cpu REALLY pushed you to learn mechanics you didn't even know were there...HECK I just realized there's a button to breath and reduce fatigue! idk how or why I never realized that was a thing. And i thought I knew about 95% of all the small fighting details in this game, so once again I'm pleasantly surprised at how much there is to the combat). I wished it'd get ported, just so I could play it online and play against people. (especially if the port came with extra content, such as the Buu saga, or a few buu saga characters, which sadly it didn't have; or if they added the option to take out 'action pieces', which I didn't mind but I understand it was a bit too much for some people to get into the game).
God I miss Burst Limit. First DBZ game I played and the voice work was amazing, the what-if sagas were great. The Bardock what-if here is amazing. Even though the roster is small and there’s no Buu Saga the game still looks great in 2023
It has to do with Bardock's "power" to see the future. He's only supposed to see the future but now they actually send him to the future in the games for a short amount of time. Which kinda destroys the lore behind his power given to him to see the future.

So unless you died by a disease or old age (which constitutes as natural causes), you can be resurrected as many times as possible with Namekian Dragon Balls. Earth's Dragon Balls still had limits, and can resurrect someone beyond the time limit, but it will be from the previous state of their death.
The Saiyans will never be resurected, King Kai will never be resurrected, Goku's parents will never be resurrected, Raditz especially will never be resurrected and doesn't even show up in scenes that take place in hell half the time because the writers forget he exists.

The problem with bringing Bardock back is how do you close the power gap? He was around 10k when he died. Unless they're gonna have him sit on the cheerleading squad next to Yamcha, they'd have to come up with some bullshit excuse like Frieza using the Hyperbolic Time Chamber or some shit.
