Her back was a little curved, she needs to bend down more. Also, sumo is kinda cheating so she can lift more weight than if she uses the conventional deadlifting form. But other than that a girl lifting 175 is super good ngl
Feet are too wide apart in relation to the knee, it looks like her knees are already buckling so she lost available power and drive through her calves and thighs. The lower back to upper back is rounded because her shoulders are too far forward. They should be pulled back as if you’re pointing your sternum directly out and in front of you. The bar should generally be placed to go across the middle of your feet, so that when the shins are straight the bar follows the vertical straight line of the shin bone when being lifted. The butt and the hips want to be almost pointed out and back, same concept as chest, so that when you set up to pull the weight off the ground, your knees are at 90 degrees with the bar following the vertical path of your shins, chest and shoulder are above the bar, with slight variation in front or behind depending on arm and leg lengths. This will ideally create a “number 4” starting position when seen from the side. Foot to knee is straight up and down, knee to hip is parallel with the ground, back is held straight from hip to head at generally a 45 degree angle, and arms drop down right on top of the bar. The feeling you look for when setting yourself up in this position is to feel as if you are leaning back and holding onto the bar to keep you balance in the number 4 position so you have the maximum range and drive of the hip and lower back extension on reaching full lift height.
chat probs 500 pounds stuck to their chair, crumbs in their belly buttons 3 month old tuna stuck in their greasy mustache talking all this shit about lifting lul
I have seen zero comments about how they needed to get their butt down more. She was lifting all back and no legs and even with slightly arched back poster you can get away with it if you are lifting low enough
Arms should be straight down shoulder width, feet should be placed so your legs are perpendicular to the ground. That is how you set up for conventional dead lift to avoid power leakage and for a safer lift.
Chat is ruthless lmao kinda feel bad, but I think its just a regular stance but to wide, a sumo stance would have the hands in between the legs, biggest problem is the start position pull the slack out of the bar sit back don't have your ass hanging in the air like that torso shouldn't be horizontal with the ground at the start either it should be up and the lift shouldn't start with the back, it starts from the legs and the final portion where you lock out is when you engage the back and hips the most
good advice in general but there are plenty of high level deadlifters who round there back and are fine. Not good for novices but advanced lifters shouldnt be attacked for doing so.
Rofl no. The problem with ppl teaching how to deadlift is that they don't limit test. Form breaks down when u lift heavier and that's when u really figure out what works and what doesn't. Anyone can teach how to deadlift light weight with decent form.
That gym is not deadlift friendly. The plates r trash for deadlifts (IYkYK type of thing). The only thing she needs to do is find a more ideal stance for her. Mayb narrow the stance for conventional or widen for sumo. Most of these ppl in the comment section don't know wtf they r talking about. They sound like a typical gym trainer who also doesn't know wtf they are talking about. Anyone can teach how to deadlift at a beginner level. Once u add weight that's when u notice the form breaking down (IYKYk).
@@wiskipeek1428 If you want to do that and test limits yeah go ahead, but it isnt healthy at all. its extremely dangerous and besides being dangerous its just bad for your back in general. if you WANT to do it go for it but dont go into it thinking you arent hurting your body in the long run. again if you want to do that go for it but just be aware thats all

it would've looked better if she went into that pull form just as she was actually going to pull but she fucked her back. happens though so it should've probably just given soreness
Her/him/whatever’s feet are further out than their knees somehow. So legs are just buckled in like someone just rolled out of a wheelchair and decided to deadlift 60kg with knee pads on lol
But how degenerate is the chat btw
Majority of them would blow their back out trying to deadlift bar
They’re cute tho
Lmao 94% of them are discord mods.
Saying Degenerate is understating them
All twitch chat is like this or even worse. Twitch is literally where all the idiots of the planet are. The good thing is they make streamers rich.
Isnt that horrible form? Like cant they fuck their back up like that

not that bad. Just the feet thing mostly

Hands being so far apart doesnt help either. Straight down from shoulders
My back hurts looking at that

Welp that's one way to hurt your back. If they're lifting with this form imagine what their jungle pathing is like😂
Feet too close for sumo and too wide for conventional.
That form is 90% back. That will destroy your lower back
someone said "just do sumo, feet are too wide" bro doesnt even know what sumo is LOL
Feet wide, knees in. Lifts with back, no hinge. Bad form.
The foot stance isn’t the issue. It’s how they lifted the weight that is the issue. They will 100% mess up their back with that form.
Their feet are definitely an issue, too far apart. Actually makes it harder to maintain extension in the back
the stance is too wide for a conventional lift. if she was trying to do Sumo her grip is too far apart. her back form also bad.
Foot stance is defs the issue 😂
Hard for core engagement with your feet that far apart and not doing sumo.
The chat is so fucking disrespectful wtf
😢😢😢
Sumo feet placement with toes not straight and conventional hand placement

lightweight
I pretty sure your not supposed to round your back
Yea you are not, thats like the number 1 rule of deadlifting if you dont want to live the rest of your life on a wheelchair
good advice in general but there are plenty of high level deadlifters who round there back and are fine. Not good for novices but advanced lifters shouldnt be attacked for doing so.
Her hands should be aligned with her shoulders and thats whats causing her back to round. Her feet are indeed too far apart
