Sip panels production.

Our product is high-quality machines for the production of SIP panels. We advise, design and assemble production lines and individual production devices. We also assemble CNC machines for panel processing. We export our devices to all countries.
The gluing line consists of:
gripper for moving boards
glue applicator,
press for pressing panels.
OSB boards, MgO boards and cement boards can be used to produce panels. The line uses a single-component adhesive with a water mist activator. The device can glue boards 5200 mm long and 300 mm thick in one piece. The time of a single cycle is 8 minutes.
