- This video explains how to complete an incoming passenger card while traveling to Australia. The first requirements you must finish as soon as you get to Australia is this one. Did you know that an incoming passenger card is a legally binding document that you must sign knowing exactly what you are signing? If you fill it out wrong, there might be penalties and legal consequences.
This document contains two sides, which need to be correctly filled in with a BLACK or BLUE pen. You can ask the immigration agents to explain any questions you are uncertain of. Regardless of your visa status, all inbound passengers must fill out this form. It is your responsibility to carefully read the card and fill it out according to your circumstances.
