This has been one of the most helpful and inspiring and comforting interviews I've seen in a while. This hit home for me in a lot of ways and I am so happy JoJo is promoting this conversation and using the tools she's learned to help people who are struggling mentally. This is amazing.
i didn't hear about this when they first did it. wow. i so needed this. i'm so thankful that they did and so thankful for dr mondo's insight coupled with jojo's. this helped me come to terms with some things more than any therapist ever has. this was incredible. tysm for the upload.
47:28 Lmao pass the crystals around is crazyy Loved this video, this concept, Jojo and Dr. Mondo! Mental health isn't lost on anybody regardless of status or wealth or surroundings even though they can make a difference. Things like this give me hope!
JoJo!! Love that you shared your truth, that you are adding light on the importance of facing & seeking help for & learning more about mental health - especially in this music/entertainment industry AND for including your mental health nourisher, Dr Mondo!! I’m so happy to have found this!! Can’t wait to hear the whole musical collection💝 Wow!! More people need to see/hear this💗
You guys keep saying "we're not alone". Can you elaborate on that. It's confusing, as I know for a fact I am alone. And if it wasn't for vodka knocking me out the other day, I don't think I'd be here now. So what do you mean about , "we are not alone"? I sure could do with a kind friend who gives more than they take. Other than that, that's why I'm alone. I can't find anyone to relate to or has the heart, compassion or emotional maturity to be there.
I feel I can relate to what you're saying. That means, even I don't know you, I am not alone because there's someone else that goes through the same pain, even if it is experienced differently. Sometimes we isolate ourselves and that makes it impossible to see what is happening around us, who is trying to get through us and that other people we know is also in pain. We are not alone in it, we're not the only ones in the world and we usually overlook this because everything feels so big and agonizing. Talk to someone you know (or even anyone you don't), you might be surprised in how many of them feel the same way. And it can help you find a support system. You deserve it.
I'm ready for another album and tour from JoJo! She's absolutely 💯 amazing!
