This is such a wise approach to life and motherhood. You don't stop being your own person just because you marry or have kids. I think women are sometimes encouraged to exist solely for others, which is incredibly draining on the mind. Seeing someone else taking that precious time for themselves is very encouraging, and I feel inspired to carve out just a little time in my own day.
