    This guy really does need heavy gorilla bars across the roof and down the front window, anything to keep that lucky boulder out of his lap. They gotta be cheaper than a new loader operator for pity’s sake!

    And that folks is how you move a mountain. The operator on the backhoe must have learned the right way to do the hard way.🏆

    This excavator operator must have titanium balls to operate this close to an imminent slope failure. He must have a kind of "sixth sense" to know when to back away and wait for the slope to fall away. I can see the occasional "puffs" of dirt falling before the collapse, but this guy backs away before these tell-tale signs appear. It is an amazing thing to watch.

    Menyukai metode penambangan Pasir Anda.

      Thank you, you are absolutely right, this is the sand material left behind by the eruption of Mount Merapi in 2010. We are in Indonesia, in the city of Yogyakarta, the closest residents to the peak of Merapi who were relocated since the eruption in 2010.

    El que muestra en el vídeo no descartable ,gracias amigo por reflejar el hecho.
    El valor y la poderosa máquina tiene su sitio y lugar ganado solo comparable con la "cabra" que trepa montañes.

    Is the camera operator also acting as a "spotter" working with radio communication with the excavator operator?

    • @stevecummins7834
      @stevecummins7834 9 месяцев назад

      I notice that I cannot hear the sound of the excavator engine running in the audio, but I think I can hear the sound of sand and large rocks being moved around in the mining process taking place at another lower elevation off to the right of the cameras location. I was wondering if you could use a different microphone pickup to boost the audio from the excavators location. The capture of the sounds of the avalanche of sand and huge rocks "giving-way" just moments after the excavator operator decides to back away would be nice to hear. I would very much like hear what the operator is listening to going on in front of him. There are times where I wonder if his deliberate shaking movements of the bucket while backed away was some kind of vibrational energy impact on the cliff face he is working on. Was the operator imparting directed vibrational energy into the spoil pad he was working from? It's kind of hard for me to comprehend how much vibration energy he can generate? How many tone excavator is in operation? How much force can be generated by a pair of tracks rocking back and forth on top of a pile of rocks buried in sand and gravel?
