@Alxndr57834 - I so very much agree. There's some things, whether adventures or jobs, that 4 all the gazillions in the world, u couldn't tempt me 2 do.
What about being eaten alive by a Komodo dragon? First it bites you and you take off running, it waits. You start feeling the symptoms from it's bite, yet it waits. Once you're paralyzed on the ground it takes a little stroll to come check on you and then goes to town while you watch 😢
Imagine you are halfway through one of those tight sections then you hear someone up ahead of you only to discover another group of random people exiting the cave and you meet them halfway through one of those narrow points
I can imagine that it is safety protocol to shout and alert so a person on either end can wait until it's clear. Though I can also imagine that people might forget to do it and wind up in that situation.
The story telling, the editing, and the narration are flawless, keep up the good work my dude. And please don't go caving when you have to CRAWL through it. You won't find kaiju or treasure there, just death.

@@leeeel811there is more variety in caving accidents than in cave diving though. 70% of cave diving incidents can be summarized: 1- > Cannot do Math properly therefore the air supply is a lottery (literally). 2-> Midway through the dive they are shocked that their air supply is dangerously low (geez I wonder how that happened 🙄). 3-> Decide to go just a bit further despite running dangerously low on air, or decide to turn back but panic and cannot find the way back, or some event that was reasonably predictable happens (but the "experienced" cave diver didn't predict it) and now there is no emergency air air supply to overcome the obstacle and reach the starting point. You are the best in doing these Videos. Voice, Music, Animations and overall feeling, i know of no other Channel that gives me goosebumps like this when telling those stories. Please dont stop and don't change too much.
I HATE watching these videos, but for some reason I can't stop.
I had to remind that I could breathe during this one. Very chilling. You would have more chance of getting Mr T on a plane than me in a cave.
😂😂😂😂
Your editing, storytelling, etc make your videos some of the best 'free' entertainment out there!
Wow, thanks!
Thank youuuu...Love the animation and illustrations!!!! Other channels just flash random people in random caves in random places on the screen which is so annoying because it's already hard to visualize without images of the actual cave and the random images of others throws off the details I'm trying to imagine !
Which sucks bc I love these caving gone wrong vids!
If someone offered me $10m to do a cave exploration like this I still wouldn't. My fear of this is so strong that no amount of money would entice me.
I would still take it because even if I died the $10M could go to my wife and daughter and they would be set but I hear you.
coward
@Alxndr57834 - I so very much agree. There's some things, whether adventures or jobs, that 4 all the gazillions in the world, u couldn't tempt me 2 do.
@@nocturne311I think they would much rather have you alive bro. No amount of money is worth ur life.
@@nocturne311money will go to your wife 😂lol ,1000 percent she won't do the same thing for you
My top 2 fears: small spaces and water. Would literally choose any other form of death (except fire)
What about being blown out of an airlock into the vacuum of space?
Like…those little water bottles that are only two drinks?
I think they’re annoying, but I’m not scared of them.
Showing with other naked blokes is my worst fear
What about being eaten alive by a Komodo dragon? First it bites you and you take off running, it waits. You start feeling the symptoms from it's bite, yet it waits. Once you're paralyzed on the ground it takes a little stroll to come check on you and then goes to town while you watch 😢
@@stranger3131 Depends, with or without a space suit on? Without a suit on that would be a pretty quick death.
Video 4 of commenting how underrated this channel is. Quality videos. Keep on going man! We all believe you can make it to 1M+ subs!
Appreciate that
Perfect words. Thank you!
The story telling, the editing, and the narration are flawless, keep up the good work my dude.
And please don't go caving when you have to CRAWL through it. You won't find kaiju or treasure there, just death.
His voice is great
Seriously. It's one thing to explore a cave you can walk through. There's some degree of safety in that. But once you have to crawl or slide though an opening barely big enough for a human body? No thanks.
to be fair, I really wouldn't want to find kaiju in a cave.... you thought you had problems before HAHHAA
Ummmm…..hard pass.
Aren't death and kaiju the same thing?
I found your channel searching for the Decent … and your stories are much more horrifying than that movie. Subscribed and can’t wait to binge these tragic stories.
I never considered myself claustrophobic until watching these videos.
Frrr
This gives me major anxiety.
it's a shame you don't have more subs but you need to keep going it will pay off for sure because your content is truly fascinating
I appreciate that!
Easily the best channel in this category of true story telling. The animations and even the B-roll stock footage is all very entertaining. Keep it up!
Thank you
"Oh guys, we are having some water flowing lightly in the caves"
"Wow thats cool, keep going"😅😅😅

When I was a teenager my family did some very light spelunking. It was a safe beginner trail with some slightly tight spots but after watching videos like this I can't believe my mum let us do it.
even light rain can rapidly change the breathable spaces available. its insane. can't imagine taking a kid into that either
“Hey Tim wanna go caving next weekend? “No thanks, thanks for the offer tho!”
Are there ever any good caving stories? Like “Went caving, crawled for 5 hours through a space that I didn’t know and was so small I couldn’t turn around. It was great! Can’t wait to go back!”
@@rsvpevents6780 isn’t that basically this story tho? They couldn’t do it at first so they went back and tragically died
Im glad i left caving as soon as i was born
🤣🤣🤣🤣 looks like we've all been caving at least once then

"Important mapping work". How? Nobody belongs crawling in caves. There's no hidden treasure. Only death.
And all that "important mapping work" is thrown to the trash when the entrance is sealed after casualties happen
That's what I asked at the start, like mapping for WHAT? Not even animals need to go down there for anything, let alone humans. Nothing else to do in England I guess.

Ordinary life is too boring so people just make up jobs to do. Caving like this is a massive waste of time and they're all mentally ill
Exactly🤦🏽♀️
ugh, this was the absolute worst way to go for me personally! What a truly gruesome situation, RIP poor souls :(
0:39 .. who sees this, smiles, and thinks, yep, I'm next?!? I just don't get it. I have enough life problems above the surface!"
You know exactly who😂😂
Just try to imagine you’re stuck alone, or with a friend into such a small entrance where just your shoulder and head fit, and drowning, and both are crying and screaming I don’t wanna die, sheesh, my stomach turns
😮😮😮.... anxiety at max...
You sure they didn't want to die?
Yeah, all the while, cursing yourself for not following the #1 rule about caving. Don't go caving.
Wait till you watch The Borderlands or Final Prayer if you're in America.
@@okedoke1234 Even ignoring rule #1 is ok if you remember Rule #2: If you ignore rule 1 and go caving, don't do it in a cave
I love this channel. I love your videos.
I discovered your channel like a week ago and it's already one of my favorites. Amazing work.
Wow, thank you!
I know!! Hes getting bigger, and bigger!! We must stop his progress!!
💪 😱🙅♂️
In 28 years ive never had a caving accident because of my incredible skill of never ever entering a cave
Maybe there is a reason why nature gave us claustrophobia. RIP
"OBTUSE" is a real word and has a meaning
Of course there is a reason.... fear like any other feeling is supposed to help us survive...
Absolutely! Same as fear of heights and very deep, dark water.
If we're born with claustrophobia, why don't young children feel it? And neither do some adults, like these cavers?
@@cosmosurfer11 You sound young.
Glad you re-uploaded this one, fascinating story!
Yup, I knew this was one of the first 4 vids. I wonder why it was removed in the first place.
Is it sad I am addicted to these videos been watching them all night....
This channel is TOO GOOD. Up there with the top tier guys like Nexpo. Keep up the quality, You'll be hitting 1 million EASILY. AND this is just so fascinating for some reason. I saved up these last videos to watch later...DAMN NEAR HAD A STROKE OF EXCITEMENT when i sat down to watch them finally 😅
Appreciate that
I don’t like to watch videos about caving incidents that I’ve already seen from someone else, but yours are my favourite, so I watched anyway. Great job.
I cannot even put into words how absolutely terrified they must’ve felt it those last moments
I have to continually remind myself while watching this that I'm safe in my bed, far from any underground cave
Wow! These stories are intense. Thank you for sharing these stories.
Thanks for listening
This video deserves an award. What a thriller and Rest in Peace to all of the men who died tragically in this incident :(
No amount of pay will make me go do caving. No amount. Not even Billions. I'm happy with my wife and rented flat.
Billions is a lot
Billions is a lot.
😅😂😅
See I started watching interrogation videos and true crime videos and then this page popped up. I'm hooked.
Woooow my jaw dropped on this one. Great illustration thank you. RIP to the cavers
Much appreciated
new follower. love the diagrams and breakdowns in your videos, gives a better understanding of the situation. very sad when human life is lost, but examining what happened in detail can lead to education and possibly new safety precautions.
If anybody asks you to go caving, tell them no and show them these videos. Might help them reconsider.
I go caving all the time and watch most caving disaster videos. I watch to learn from other peoples mistakes.
@@leeeel811only happens to other people, right?
@markxv2267 I know you're being sarcastic, but no, I've almost been taken out in a cave. That's why I learn from what others do so the mistake doesn't happen to me, but one day you might be lucky and get your wish, and you'll see me the, Wolf Master on this channel. Wolf power.
In caving at least they don't have to do any calculations so it is relatively safer.
@@zemm9003 I agree. Cave diving is more dangerous, although I am training for it. But I was just answering the main question at the top before the replies. He was just saying that anybody who caves show them this video, and they'll stop caving. But yes, what you say is 100% correct.
Caving has to be one of the dumbest things a human being can do
by 5:21 seconds I literally had worked myself to nausea, I placed my mind right there in that tunnel with water rising up to the point I have to climb into a crack in the ceiling. I feel sick to my stomach and Im NOT EVEN THERE.
There are many, many videos on this incident already on RUclips so I was already very familiar with it, but I appreciate the content anyway.
5:15 , most horrific visuals to feel 😢
i am always waiting for your videos.
your content never disappoints .
good job
I appreciate that!
I'm a retired caver, the moment I thought of caving I immediately said I'm not doing it.
In a sense, so are the dead guys. It sounds like you just caved in and said no. I bet the dead guys found their enthusiasm caving when the waters rose. At least they retired doing what they loved.
The youngest was 17.
@@vangroover1903 Last thing on their mind was probably saying goodbye to theur loved ones and regretting getting into this ridiculously dangerous hobby. There's a difference between dying for what they love without regret and dying regretting they even trued something dangerous. Also tell that to the families they left behind.
@@dredgewalker Not to disagree, but I was just here for the cave puns
@@vangroover1903 I just can't wrap my head around doing things like this. I remember the guy that died while his wife was pregnant. Hobbies are supposed to be fun and not life threatening and there are tons of them that doesn't include any risk. These people are addicted to adrenaline and they'll die for it selfishly not considering the damage it will do to the ones they left behind.
I just dont understand why caving/spelunking is such a thing. It defies our human instinct to not go into narrow/tight places. Thanks to these fatal breakdown videos, I hope the future generations of explorer knows better.
