I think she's likable cuz she's down to earth and isn't too proud to reveal her pain and how she does with it. It's 2023 and I truly believe she had thyroplasty surgery...even after the Reinkes Edema...because after the first surgery, her voice changed ever so slightly. 2022 her voice is completely different. That will definitely save her career. She deserves it.
