  • IN part 3 of my series on Linux Mint, I discuss how to manage Wi-Fi networks at the command line from a blindness perspective using the Orca screen reader. Learn more about Linux Mint at www.linuxmint.com, and check out help.gnome.org... to read the Orca documentation. Visit voxin.oralux.net/ to learn more and purchase Vocalizer voices that can be used with Orca and/or other applications.

Check his video on configuring software in Linux. It shows how you can get Ava in Linux, and that is not WSL. that is running on actual hardware.

You will have to purchase it though.

It's a product called Voxin. I purchased Ava and installed the voice in Linux Mint.

What operating system are you talking about? There are lots of programs, though it also requires that you have good audio hardware.
