she seems a lot more fair than serpent considering her scaling isn't geometric like serpent, so it's a lot harder and needs more cards to get the same amount of absurd 1shot potential
I know Noelle is also a Claymore user but I think Albedo is better here, with the recent buff he can also do fast swap and can help with the cristalize with his flower
I've been liking this deck with Azhdaha instead of Noelle. You lose the second equip target for WGS, but I feel Azhdaha makes up for it by giving you more breathing room to set up the Gambler's + WGS sweep on Navia. Turn 1 Mona > skill > Azhdaha > skill protects Navia's HP, starts building damage on Azhdaha's burst, and gives an extra die to spend on equipment or Chef Mao, while still generating Shrapnel and doing as much damage as Navia's 0-Shrapnel skill would. You also get a second character that can apply elements you can Crystallize into Shrapnel, without giving up Geo Resonance.
Hear Me Out!( What we swap a card we dont need/like when building the navia deck then put -Mausoleum of King Deshret- to counteract them from drawing bullets while doing damage(because deshret cant be discarded from their deck) so their forced to play which put them in a bad spot

I would recommend to swap Teyvat fried egg and Leave it to me!/Itto card! I'll wait for Bumi to reply as well, maybe he'll suggest something better ^^

Based on my playtest, you still need at least 1 egg for mona. Probably I will swap the tandooris/itto instead. And revise it with lower cost food.
