Eyyyyyyy, somebody finally said it. Where is this oh so holy “democracy” the west loves to scream about? Never once in my lifetime have I seen government policies match public sentiments. But the sentiments of capital? They match national policy practically one-to-one. Oligarchy, not democracy. The only votes that matter in an election are the ones cast with dollars not ballots. Which is to say, it is donors not voters our governments serve. Exclusively.
I think democracy is a clever device of the elite to make the commoners and serfs feel that their voice and money is worth something when actually their views don't matter. Democracy must deliver on its promise before it becomes useless to the people.

If the country is acting illegally and breaching international law there is a condition under international law that states we the public have the right to not pay tax ( hold it) until the Government. Some small companies have started to review their payments

Currency sovereign governments dont directly spend tax revenues on arms. We're represented by elected officials that have chosen to instruct our central bank to fund arms purchases. Its not your money, but it is still our government, so the caller is right to be upset.
Surely still the debt to the central bank is psid back by the tax payer at a future date.

So you're essentially asking if the government has to pay itself back by taking from us the money that it created in the first place. It doesn't. Taxes are important and used for lots of reasons, but they're not used for government expenditure. Let's say the gov want to build a hospital. They create £1bn, and hire a building firm to build it. They've just injected £1bn into the economy. If they're worried that extra money might cause inflation then they'll want to remove some of it with taxes, but our money supply isn't fixed. They don't have to claw it all back. They leave some of it in the economy as a surplus. They don't need the £1bn from us first, and they don't need to pay it back to themselves.

UK tax goes to MoD that builds and buys weapons through contractors such as BAE. The MoD and foreign office then supplies to some countries such as Ukraine and Israel.
Israel are using those weapons in the current war.
