    Day 16 in Sydney starts at Dough Boss, a Lebanese bakery owned by Charbel from Bsharri, the secret of his success is the special, thin, tasty dough and the support of his loyal customers. He opened 4 branches with 46 employees that work as one family.
    Next, the gathering at Harkola where I had the chance to meet beautiful people, take pictures, talk and laugh, telling them about Lebanon and discussing their successes.
    Harkola is an Australian importer and distributor of fine Middle Eastern products from Lebanon and on this trip, Harkola had a main role in supporting and believing in my mission.
    I met Abou Hasan From Tripoli, who makes the best Ashta ice cream with top-quality pistachio.
    We had lunch at Bahsa restaurant, a family business that brought Batroun to Australia, the décor is fresh and refreshing, and the food is phenomenal that makes you feel reconnected to the roots.
    I had the chance to visit Renaissance Venue, the first Lebanese reception lounge, they have been working for 35 years and have done more than 25,000 events for the Lebanese community.
