You can prepare any kind of millet recipe for diabetic patients. I have included millets also in this plan like kambu, ragi, mixed millet, Samba kodhumai rava, kollu, jowar. Instead of rice in the lunch give any kind of chapathi like wheat, jowar, ragi, kambu with the same sidedish you prepare for other members of your family. For night stick with wheat chapathi. My father in law has diabetes he just avoids rice as much as possible.
