Good to know, Goldingay have produced a revised edition of his commentary on Daniel (2018-2019). I have started with this volume and I am falling in love with the series and Goldingay. Thanks again for the recommendation
Oops - you caught me out there! I had a moment of confusion myself - Craig is the apologist! I will plead that these names are easy to confuse (!) Thank you for keeping me on my toes! Blessings
I remember buying a WBC back in the the 1980s after being introduced to commentaries in my undergrad work. as much as I immediately took to the AB and Hermeneia commentaries, I hated the WBC on sight. My eyesight isn't the best to begin with and those blocks of text shut my brain down on contact! I hope Zonervan's upgrades make them more accessible.
@@pastorslibrary I received my copy of Hebrews and unfortunately it's the same brain-numbing format. Another complaint I had about Word in the 1980s was the terrible quality of the books. They were printed on newsprint and looked like they wouldn't last a year. The new volume from Zondervan doesn't look any better. The paper is a flimsy stock that absorbs and dulls the ink. Sadly this is an easy return. For the money, I can get better quality PBs from Eerdmans. Very disappointing.

Excellent stuff, thank you for this video.
Please do a video on the Apollos Old Testament Commentary Series and the Baker Exegetical Commentary on the New Testament Series.
Thanks. Apollos is on the next batch to film. We will put the BET on our wish list.... Blessings!
William L. Lane and William Lane Craig both are different persons?

You and me both! I never knew how they were so successful with such lousy layouts. Frankly, Zondervan can't possibly do worse....blessings!
@@pastorslibrary I found Lane's Hebrews Vol. 1 for $35 CAN(!) so I ordered it. I'll find out soon.
@@elliotwalton6159 I do like Lane!
