I 100%ed Terraria and all I got was this lousy pylon..
The hard part is hunting down the seasonal variants of mobs. You beat wave 15 of the pumpkin moon and you have one in game day to go underground and look for skeletons. In hardmode.
Problem with the universal pylon is that it's post moonlord, so there's not really anything to do after.
Or you could just like... change your computer's clock.
@@AlexMintyeah but in the time it takes to get the pylon you could wire up teleporters to a hub in almost every possible spot in your world
I know this comment is so old at this point but Redigit I think it was said they will work on post-Moonlord content if they ever do another big update
The worst part of the bestiary is either Santa, or golden critters
@@SpriteCranberryRealgolden critters are all filled by finding one golden critter
The thing is though there's definitely players that stuck with the same character on the same save since the start and I think that's a really cool addition for those people
That's what I plan on doing, I want to research and have every item n fill out the entire beastiary on my journey mode character. I'll probably never do it on classic or the harder difficulties just because it would take way too much time, n I'll also have my journey character ready if I ever wanna start a new world but not necessarily start over completely. Probably won't take all my items but maybe acouple of the harder ones to get, cuz I wanna beat master mode for the first time eventually n it'd be perfect for that, cuz I suck n no way can do it legit right now or anytime soon.
Around three hundred fifty hours on my first character.

Dungeon Guardian gets filled out upon killing Skeletron
@@ChippyGaming That's actually not true, if you beat Skeletron you no longer can encounter the Dungeon Guardian so the game automatically completes the Dungeon Guardian's bestiary after you've beaten Skeletron.

@@markeye2043 the drunk world is one of terrarias multiple customers seeds. Entering the seed
"05162020" or "5162020" will get you this world. The seed makes the world ignore many world generation laws and as a result the world generation is incredibly weird. You spawn with the party girl npc and have different music. This world spawns the skeletron dungeon will spawn underground connected to a living tree. Along with this the world will have BOTH crimson AND corruption in it. The corruption version you choose though will affect which ore appears on the map. This is a fun seed to try and by the way even if you enter the same seed it's different every time.

I feel like it's a good item for when you've already defeated Moon Lord and need things to do
It's funny how fast the game changes to basically creative mode when you kill Moon Lord and get the Drill Containment Unit, the Rod of Harmony and the Zenith.
So I think it's great too that they add things like this so you can at least enjoy the Zenith for a bit.

I dont see anyone else who does these looping style of youtube shorts and it always throws me for a loop (no pun intended) when it hits the end, lol.
There are tons of them out there, though most I’ve seen have been on cooking and medical field channels.

all you need is the zenith and know the moves
@@WrinklyOldBaldGuy You don't need zenith to fight her with just mythical fishron rings, golden shower, and some summons (preferably the stardust dragon if you have defeated the pillars, if you haven't then get the spinning orb) with spectre armor and Betsy's wings with Soaring Insignia and potions you can go toe to toe with her just know how to dodge the projectile
(If you have the rod of discord it's even more easier)

I have it! It's really useful, and omg its so gratifying to get it ... I love it! It was painful, yes, but now I can have it without cheating, and it's great (my friends all got it from an all-items world)

Ive made a recipe on calamity where you grab every pylons (including calamity’s) then mixed with cosmic bars you get one universal pylon

Imagine grinding everything and reward is something that would have made that grind a lot easier......
I love how this is basically useless from the very start of the game, because the Magic Mirror exists. Just teleport back to spawn and use the pylon you have set up there. Literally the only thing this would be useful for is teleporting to areas you can’t put NPCs anywhere near, like inside the temple or something but who goes to the temple that much you need a fast travel point there, especially considering you’ve basically finished the game if you’ve maxed the beastiary
@@michaelzhang9806 It's not useless. It allows you to cover a larger area with pylons, so you don't have one corner of the world with no means of pylon transportation
It would be cool if there was a rare magical net you could get and you could safely bring any mob big or small, and release it on a different world but like it's insanely rare or hard to get

When I got terraria a little over a year ago I absolutely grinded everything there was to do and for some reason the hardest part of getting this pylon was the jungle turtle…

return potion can let you tp back to where you teleported from its not like a recall potion
The magic mirror or recall potion teleports you home, a return potion allows you to teleport to your spawn, then go through a portal back to where you were.

I have done this once it was the biggest pain in the whole body
i know its old but its honestly not as hard as you think, by the time you get to the endgame you have all the resources to finish it since you basically have 90% of everything done, I mean i did it in less then 65 hours in Master mode with a player who was playing through the game the first time. if you've played over 1k hours, its easy

My friend literally un-purified his world for getting just the universal pylon and his percentage of crimson is 31% and hallow is 29%. The dryad was like: why tf did you spread the evil biomes again u went from 0 percent to💀💀💀

I did it on roughly 110 hours but it started as a casual playthrough
It literally makes it so you can teleport where ever you want so its very useful. Worth it, though? No.

Well, I'm glad Fargo's Mutant Mod makes it craftable from all the other pylons!
the main reason why it's hard to get, is that you have to get season event cosmetics enemies to spawn, including some that are pre-hardmode exclusive.

You can only get it after moonlord after going through all that trouble OR just use a portal gun that drops from Moonlord OR EVEN BETTER just use a teleporter that can be set up just right after you get steampunker😂

i actually managed to do it and found the hardest part was the holiday enemies, because if they didn’t appear in one day i’d have to do the pumpkin/frost moon event again
