Tomer achieved the rare triple kill. Not three people, but Seth died to Commander Damage (Sliver Legion was 26 dmg without considering other sliver boosts), regular damage AND poison damage (13 poison counters).
Ah Seth missed the sneaky way he could've won - each time Tomer cascaded through his deck technically he should've had to shuffle all the revealed cards to put them back 'on the bottom' - Tomer would've conceded rather than shuffle his deck :D
Not sure if Phil catches on later but Black Market Connections triggers at the beginning of the first main phase, not on upkeep. You will already have drawn and can make the choice to draw an extra card or not at that point.
Just a rules thing for Tomer. At 17:20, you ended your cascade chain with a one drop and chose not to cascade again. I don't believe you had that option though. I think you were required to cascade which is relevant because you should have shuffled your entire library. Not just the bottom few cards.
Dormant Sliver is legitimately a decent card in any Simic dèck. Makes the random sliver player sad AND locks all changelings under Defender. Even if you have none of that at the pod it still cantrips.
I remember the last time this happened. I think Tom was still on the show. It was a miserable slog thanks to all Slivers having shroud, indestructible and defender.
Sliver legion affects all slivers in play where as the first sliver only cares about yours. Adds to the chaotic nature of the board and speaks to slivers boosting your opponent’s as well
Oh no, paper slivers? It's so over
MTGO might not crash today, but our sanity will

It was me. I was the one who thought this was a good idea!
Same, guilty as charged😅

Who in gods green earth thought paper sliver week was a good idea
Can't wait to see this! The only time I play my Slivers deck is in an all Slivers pod with my local group. Always fun and chaotic

ah yes, he realizes it on turn 7.

Phil also did the same thing at 20:58.
and then again at 21:28
and then Tomer did it again at 24:55
and then again at 36:46
Sliver Mayhem in Paper is so fun to watch each time. It's even more fun watching them do this without MTGO doing all the heavy lifting XD

Damn, not on modo this time?! 😆
The 1 drop slivers also cascade so decks should be fully revealed and randomized
Tomer's sliver at 9:19 was so funny, I love this tech!
Yes, one of my favorite week theme! Slivers always lead to crazy things
You're supposed to cascade for 0 when you play a 1 drop sliver. That could have been some spicy secret tech
The sliver mayhem and chaos week episodes are just delicious!
Phil doing Phil things still lol😂
Its funny in the first or second sliver week, Seth made a mill Sliver deck
WOOOOOOOO SLIVER!!! oh boy the first time going it with paper cards too...I think?
I love Tomer's Clash ons! Must be a doozy playing with these people :')
the poor editor. god rest your soul
I remember the last time this happened. I think Tom was still on the show. It was a miserable slog thanks to all Slivers having shroud, indestructible and defender.
Slivers....IN PAPER?! Oh god no.... You poor souls!!
The talking over each other was kind of rough on this one
I’m definitely putting Dormant Sliver into my Arcades deck just to mess with the sliver player in my pod lol
Why were they all the same commander?
Awesome prompt. Bet this will be hilarious.
How did Tomer play Dormant Sliver with 3 lands? Doesn't it cost 4?
I think there's a Sliver of a chance that this is gonna be a good one.
I think this singular instance would have been perfectly acceptable to play on MTGO, just to track all the p/t and abilities.
doing this on mtgo is brave doing it in real life is madness
This would be a reason to go back to mtgo for 😅
Slivers? In paper?
Are you insane!?
SLIVERS! how i miss them.
Drink when they say the word "sliver"
Did.... Did tomer just straight up cast a 4 drop for 3 mana? I expected mistakes this episode, but not those kind of mistakes. XD
hybernation sliver plus a mindslaver wouldve been an insane combo in this situation
@9:20 Dormant Sliver cost 4, not 3.
Next week is chaos week! I dare you!
ITS BACK!!
Probably doesn't matter but when Tomer had a cascade trigger on a one mana spell he should have shuffled his deck.
Today is a great day!
Before i watch this just wanna post that this is possibly a horrible idea in paper 😂 should be interesting to watch at the least
this is the Prof's dream
I'm not sure if doing this insanity in paper is brave or, well, insane. At least you don't have to worry about MTGO crashing?
Haven’t seen t he entire video, but someone was playing plague sliver yes?
This sounds fun
Would not blame you guys for using MODO on episodes like this
Oh, this is going to be a mess. A beautiful mess
Someone should play Humility
Spiteful sliver 🎉
YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE more mtggoldfish
Sliver legion and not the first sliver?
Probably wanted to limit how explosive turns got.
The cascading also takes a while to resolve.

@@ZeroCr0w That's the fun of it!
11:34 [[cavalry master]]
Oh no, not again! Not in paper! (thank you I love it)
Yesss
If there was ever a week to go back to MTGO 🤦♂️
Slivers again!!!?
You ran out of ideas? Thanks but no thanks, I'll pass today.
Could I join I have oops all slivers
Brave to not play this on mtgo
My favorite part was when you all said it's sliver time and started slivering all over the place!
Ooh, 25 seconds.
Oh.. oh no… it’s table tribal with this many board wide effects? Brb gotta vomit. (Seriously tho, holy crap why) much fun and chaos though!
first
Cool comment, mind if I screenshot it?
