- My partners and I have decided to build our Aparthotel in the Dominican Republic. The Aparthotel will be located in the center of Las Terrenas just 250 meters from the ocean, with stores, restaurant and bars within walking distance.
We plan to build it in a quiet and peaceful place, away from the main street. Residents will be able to relax in their apartments. The complex will have its own swimming pool, parking, recreation area, as well as round the clock security.
There are 24 apartments in Aparthotel.
-12 with one bedroom, surface area of 50 sq.m. with its own patio. (Price: $ 100k)
-Six with two bedrooms, surface area of 100 sq.m. (Price: 170-180k $).
-6 penthouses, surface area of 200 sq.m., including a terrace (Price: 250-280k $)
* In the process of construction prices will rise
At the start of the construction phase of this project we are going to offer a special deal for our investors. The first 5 investors will receive a 20% discount on the apartments.
